Warm, clean and quiet. The front desk staff and restaurant staff provided exceptional service! Jaden was one of the front desk staff who was the friendliest and most helpful! Breakfast was delicious too

Great stay but hidden fees

We loved how beautiful and clean it was, very nice rooms and very nice staff

I didn't love that the only parking was valet that's an extra $43 per night to your stay (this was not mentioned until arrival) they did charge me for 4 nights of parking and I stayed for 2, it was resolved but be careful. I also didn't love the fact breakfast was $15 for a buffet or individually priced items. For a stay i thought was gonna be around $280 for 2 nights it ended up being over $390

The air conditioning unit in our room was extremely loud when starting. I mean it was the equivalent to a fog horn blast. Had to turn the unit off to sleep. Reported it to front desk and was told they would pass it along to engineering.

One of the staff members (Mindi) was very rude when arriving! Because my name was put on reservation backwards (first name last) she did not think we had reservation there and was extremely rude to me! Not wanting to help and eventually Telling me to leave! I Felt very unwelcome! But when she finally realized I had paid for a two day stay, that all changed!

they were doing work on the building a couple floors away, and it was pretty loud for the first hour or two, plus a couple of other times during the weekend. staff worked really hard to coordinate with the construction crew to get them done

Lovely having access to the heart of downtown, comfy beds, great shower.

The location was amazing, the staff was friendly and helpful. The maintaince man was amazing. I booked with booking.com. And what I paid for wasn’t included. It’s on a depend on how many ppl are checking in and checking out. I did get my early check in. For 2 rooms I booked breakfast was not included. I had to end up paying over 100 with my debit card for breakfast. The 2 individuals didn’t feel comfortable charging it to my room. So the accident pay I had which included $125 , $25 I got with the room I could not use. May room had a smell but it was no problem. Getting it switched out. Elevator time took forever but I did see one floor was closed for maintance. I might stay again, but I didn’t know the breakfast was not included with my booking.com room. So paying $244 per room I did expect a little bit more. This is my first time staying at a Hilton Inn. I may try the other Hilton in downtown close to circle just to see the difference. But you can’t beat being on the circle, do the actual hotel staff thank you! I can’t remember the names of some of the employees but my check in, though out my whole check out was great. I kept getting my rooms mixed up lol, but I was tired pls forgive me. But thank you. Everyone I ran into who booked the hotel where amazing I had a lot of small talk and or conversations with ppl.

Elavator was shaky and it took forever to wait to get to your floor, I’m not sure if they had a huge booking the weekend I stayed.

Lovely hotel staff, comfy beds, great showers on monumenta circle.

This was my second room, so each of my room had $75.00 each in accidental pay which could have went to the breakfast with both of my room. So all together we prepaid $25 for each room. Then had to give a credit card for $50 accidental for each room so. I had 150 to use towards the hotel for anything to be charged to my room, it does suck I had to pay over $100 for breakfast for me and my guests with my Debit card because the restaurant members for some reason did not feel comfortable charging it to my Room. I still kept the receipt for my records. I Overheard a few other conversations and other guest had the option to charge it to there room.

Just the incident with the restaurant staff not wanting to charge my room to use my accidental credit money.

More than expected for what we paid made this a very satisfying experience.

The room and lobby was super clean and smelled clean. I liked getting a text from the front desk asking if everything was satisfactory instead of having to call. The value can't be beat. We've stayed in more expensive rooms that weren't as nice and clean.

There was some noise on the streets (loud trucks and people yelling) but that's the city.

Love this place

This hotel is top notch! From scheduling to everything in between we had the best experience! We used valet service which was amazing! Luis checked us in and cared for our every request with ease and kindness. Our room was immaculate and had everything we expected and more. The pool was heated (water was warm) and my kids loved it. Breakfast was delicious and they had the most caring staff. I unfortunately didn't get their names. The gentleman (also didnt get his name) who checked us out was amazing and personable. We didn't hear any noise in our room and it was beautiful! I 100% recommend this hotel. The pizza place across the road was also delicious and reasonably priced. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!
