Fine until the fire alarm.

Location, breakfast

I'm disabled, asked for a special needs room, and was put on the 4rth floor. The fire alarm rang the last morning of my stay. It turned out to be a small kitchen fire with a lot of smoke. How would I have gotten down from the 4rth floor if this was a more extensive fire and I needed to evacuate???

Very clean and great location but needs to be prepared for big events

Very close to Lucas Oil Stadium and good restaurants

Barking dogs kept me up during the night and it wasn’t prepared for the number of guests they had. I had to pay for parking because they ran out of room in their lot and my room wasn’t ready upon check in time

Parking fees - why do guests have to pay to park we’re paying to stay at the hotel..we don’t have a choice but to bring our cars.. in addition it is not listed anywhere when you book hotel there is a $25 parking fee…they wait until you get there with your car then slap you with the fee. Cancel the free breakfast and let guest park for free.

Was only an overnight stay for work meeting but would recommend the hotel if you want out of the busyness of downtown

Comfortable, safe, clean. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. Parking lot was well lite for vehicle security also.

Right around the corner from Lucas Oil Stadium. Room was great size, layout was great, bathroom was good sized. Bed was super comfy! Breakfast included was great and very convenient! Pool and hot tub were well maintained. Staff was great! Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Our 8 year old daughter: this is where I am taking my family when we travel!

Our entire family was pleasantly surprised by our stay. We had never been to a Staybridge location and now have already starting looking at other locations with a Staybridge Suites based on our overall impression and experience.

The only negative was the street noise, but also understandable considering our location.

We loved the location and the size of the suite.

We loved the close proximity to great restaurants and entertainment.

To no fault of the hotel’s, there was a national Pentecostal Youth Conference at Lucas Oil Stadium. Those guests were very inconsiderate. There is limited dining space and they assumed it as their hangout which left no seating for other guests. They were not considerate of the fact that there were other guests in the hotel: clogging hallways and access points with their luggage, blocking entrances, monopolizing baggage carts

Wonderful, would stay again!

The rooms were wonderfully clean, I have been in some not so clean rooms and this room well exceeded my expectations. The staff was wonderful and friendly. Parking was good, I got lucky and found a spot behind hotel but I do know if that is not an option you would have to park away and walk- only downfall but I didnt have to experience that. Overall this hotel was amazing. Close to the convention center where I needed to be- despite the weather it would have been an easy walk. Definitely would highly recommend a stay here! They also had a social hour from 5-7 with free drinks and a salad bar! YES! Staff was friendly and helpful

Exceptional my first time but now my last

I needed to check in early mu godson wedding was at 4:00pm and check in was at 3:00pm and we were 20 minutes away. The receptionist was very happy and service with a smile very accommodating
