Perfect location.

It is extremely convenient when book anything in downtown Indy, especially the Fieldhouse. It is always clean and comfortable. The staff is nice. They have a great selection of food. We ordered room service and came down for the free breakfast.

Nice building, comfortable mattress toppers

The water quality taste/smell, water out of the bathroom faucets smelt of mold. The tub drain plug didnt seal. Our rv remote batteries were dead upon arrival too. Also,, the mirrored closet door wouldnt shut.

good stay but could have been excellent

It was a good trip but there were small things that could have been done to make the stay excellent. I mean there were no drinking water bottles given to us in the room. Secondly the mini bar was empty. We would have paid for the snacks taken from the fridge.

Price, location, comfort, cleanliness. Loved our stay and was surprised at how nice for the cost.

We only had 1 wash rag in our room but not that big of a deal. Very minimal and only complaint.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the property; everything was well maintained, clean, and sanitized. I also liked that the bar remained open until 12:00 a.m., which allowed guests to continue enjoying themselves within the community after attending a great game in the city. Additionally, having a safe in the room provided peace of mind, ensuring our personal belongings remained secure throughout our stay.

Great Stay !!

Location was central to the business's we wanted to visit. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was superb. Soundproofing was great as was the black-out curtains in our room allowing us to have a very restful night of sleep. Our room had a great view too :)

I didn't like that my wife and I overslept and missed the breakfast :)

I was not impressed I have stayed at this location several time, but this time was below expectation

The breakfast was OK. Food was hot but it is the same thing each day.

The bathroom in my room was broken at the location that I was staying at. They changed the way you get in and out of the parking garage and we were stuck. Tried to use the help button would not work. Had to call the property to help us out held up the line to get out of the garage totally embarrassing.

Great location, clean, comfortable, and a good overall experience despite a hiccup with housekeeping.

Amazing location. I also loved the blind/curtain system over the windows. It was pitch dark. Bed was comfy and room was clean.

The hotel was great. Only complaint is that housekeeping came into our room at 9:22 am to clean it, but we were still in the room. I was actually in the shower. We gave no notice of checking out early. They didn’t event knock. Just came straight in and then apologized and asked when we were leaving.

Quick overnight trip, but exceeded expectations.

The fact that our rooms had a conjoining hallway that closed so everyone could keep doors open & share spaces was ideal. The location & view from the hotel was perfect.

The windows needed to be cleaned on the outside because it took away slightly from the view.

All in all this was a very nice hotel with a really nice patio/bar.will return!

The jump lobby and patio bar was really nice! Plenty of elevators as well!

Cleanliness in room. Restrooms had mots of buildup of stuff around shower doors. Splattered something on the walls in spots. Flat paint on bathroom ceiling make it appear worse than it is. Lack of bathroom exhaust during shower makes me wonder how much mold will be found once a PIP takes place inside this facility.

Views of the Gainbridge Fieldhouse were amazing!

Hotel was great. Views were great. I didn't like that that attached Pivot Bar automatically added a $20 tip onto my bill when I said to charge my room. I left a tip while I was at the bar. So, I basically I tipped twice. Pretty mad about that. It's stealing. I never signed off on that tip, yet I was charged for it. How can I get refunded?

When the bar closes down for a special events. There was a wedding party when I was there and I wanted to be here and I had to watch everybody else drink but I couldn't participate because I wasn't a part of the wedding group. I would suggest there be a mini bar for your current guest. And I would also lower the parking garage price for your guest because $52 a day is a lot of money to park yourself.

The check in was over 2 hours delayed and we were not given an ETA, just were told we’d receive a text when our room was available. There was food debris on carpet in our room and a filthy glass drinking cup, which the front desk said was due to hard water. The king mattress was lumpy and in need of replacement. The room door was extremely difficult to open and close. Our room was very noisy due to outside exhaust fans. After our first night stay we called to tell the front desk that our room had not been cleaned. We were told that they only clean rooms every other day. The ice machine was broken on our floor. The breakfast buffet served cold waffle halves, watery scrambled eggs, and sour orange juice. We were very disappointed with this stay!

The restaurant attached to the hotel was decent

We had zero sleep because of how loud the traffic was at night which is it so odd to me because there was zero traffic during the day. I think noise finally stopped around 3:00/3:30 am.
