It was a fun,cold weekend but was warm with all the care of the hotel to make it so special

The location was great and the staff was wonderful!! The front desk man was so kind and the lounge staff was exceptional Loved the lounge and cafe too !!!

In the heart of Indy

The staff were amazing throughout our stay, they made us feel really welcome and at home. We visited Indy to watch the Pacers and Colts games, and the hotel is perfectly positioned for access to both as well as numerous bars, restaurants, music venues within easy walking distance. Great hotel in a great city.

I booked a room through booking, first they couldn’t find it, then charged me 75 extra dollars after paid already online, then gave me a smaller room then what I booked. It was ok but the pictures online definitely made everything look better than what it was.

If you can avoid downtown Indy, run. Don’t come here unless you have to.

The staff was really great. The common spaces, especially the bar, were wonderful.

This isn’t the hotel’s fault, but downtown Indy is very unpleasant right now. Construction everywhere. Unable to walk where you need to go without terrible noise and detours around fenced off and blocked areas. Had to walk inbetween dumpsters and through sketchy, smelly areas to get to the convention center and stadium. The skywalk was the main reason I booked this hotel, because we were in town for a big event at the stadium and convention center. It is not noted on the listing that the skywalk is closed for construction. The windows have zero noise protection, was woken up all through the night and early morning by car alarms, sirens, garbage trucks and construction. (All between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:00 am) The WiFi situation was awful. Beware— make sure you aren’t charged hundreds of dollars for shoddy WiFi before you check out. Had to request a different room when we first got there. First room had a king sized bed, and barely enough room for a toilet and shower. Tiny, tiny room for the price. (Not what was listed when I booked.). Staff was great, accommodating. Got us a room big enough for two people to at least have a place to store our suitcases. Still very small. Hotel was clean, staff was wonderful. But I would not stay here again.

Perfect weekend getaway!!

They were fabulous. Upgraded our room since it was my husbands birthday. Very accommodating! Room was absolutely Beautiful!! Walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Parking garage across the street for $30. Would stay again!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel!!! Everyone who works here is so kind and helpful. Beautifully decorated, spotless room, comfortable bed, gorgeous, clean bathroom. Delightful coffee shop, designed articulately with plenty of seating, great service and amble supply of food options.

A very pleasant stay

Our stay at the Omni was very pleasant. The staff is amazing and super kid friendly which is something as a family we appreciate nowadays. Location is perfect, close to restaurants and activities in downtown. Rooms are very clean and bed comfy.

The only thing I wish they could change is their bathrooms, way too small for the size of the room (we stayed in the executive king room)

It all worked out in the end.

The room was good for our purposes. I liked the bar in the lobby and the water available in the lobby and the cafe.

Had to wait to the last minute to get the room assigned, even though I made clear I was getting married at the hotel. I wasn't afforded the special attention I'd hoped from the staff. They seemed put out and inconvenienced. They wwre disorganized and did not extend any effort to make it a special stay for us.

Hotel staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful. Hotel is 5 minute walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

Hotel bathroom is huge but seriously needs some items to utilize wasted space. The vanity is unusable due to it's small size most of which is taken up by a soap dish, lotion dispenser, kleenex box and make-up mirror provided by the hotel. A small table, an etagere, or even a few hooks would improve the bathrom greatly.
