Hotel and setup was nice

We was placed on the 3rd floor 317 . The floor was dirty and the tub was dripping water and had a puddle in the bottom of shower. So Then we got moved to 4th floor 408. The sink was stopped up whole time the 2nights we stayed.

Swimming pool on the top floor was amazing. Well cared for warm room and pool was perfect temperature and clean lots of towels.

Our room was next to the elevator, and every time the elevator went up and down in the middle of the night it would wake you up very loud elevator to be next to a suite.

Location, restaurant on site, big room, comfy bed. Staff were nice.

Somehow a glitch added my middle name to my last name, so we initially could not find my reservation. The drains we very loud above my bathroom and would go off every few minutes. Not sure if it was a chronic problem or not, but it was distracting.

The air conditioner went out and I had no hot water the morning of my departure. I informed the manager and my stay was taking care of by the incovenience.

Didn’t realize the room didn’t come with a microwave but it was available on request for a fee, I probably just missed that in the description of the room. Tub in the bathroom didn’t look extremely clean.

In the end we were rested, it wa quiet and could ignore the smell.

The hallway on our floor had this permeating smell, like cats. Our room smelled like smoke. It was so noticeable and pungent. The way there are two sheets on the bed making up the blanket in between is messy. Untuck the bed to get into bed and the entire bed untucks. There is something outdated about the styles, maybe the carpeting..

Everything went well! Our stay was brief but fantastic! The staff was friendly and helpful. Blaine, with the Valet service, was great, I enjoyed talking with him. As your valet service is the first line of greeters, we appreciated their help!

The Hilton Indianapolis on W Market downtown is a place we wish we could stay at more often.

We love this hotel - it is not the first time we have stayed here. It is within a mile of most of the field houses and/or convention sites and it is only a block from the Indy circle and monument and/or state capitol building. Most of the rooms are very spacious and when the staff asked me if I would like to stay at a lower or higher level, I just stated that I wanted my room to be spacious like most of the rooms they have. And our room was wonderfully spacious. It just makes a stay feel more like home than when a person is squeezed into a room with a desk and two beds and just room to walk around the beds, etc. This room had a huge living area in front of the beds that was about 19 square feet. Our stay was too short so we didn't get to enjoy the very comfortable beds as long as we would have liked. I will come to this hotel any time that we can.

Our room was adjacent to the elevators. At first, we wondered why we had such a huge walk-in closet - we have never had that before and we soon realized that it was space beside the elevators - which we heard into late into the night. We did not hear people talking or walking or anything like that - we could simply hear the swooshing of the elevators going up and down. It kept us awake for a bit, but we did finally get used to it. We also love the pool but and it is usually open at 6am. We had to checkout very early this time and wanted to take a quick morning swim but the pool was closed (we realized something could have happened but it was disappointing.)

Bed was comfortable, pool was nice, checkout was easy. Room was pretty clean except for one pillowcase.

Garage for self parking does not have good signage. Dirty pillowcase with yellow stains, water during shower had a foul smell, breakfast was subpar and not worth it. The waiter had no help with a room full of guests. Supposed to be a breakfast bar, but the setup is weird. Can't get your own coffee and creamer.

perfect location for a good price value

Perfect location. Very large, spacious, clean rooms with lots of amenities. Big and clean bathroom. Refrigerator, flat screen TV, comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Always clean lobby. Absolutely top.

If there is anything at all to mention, it is that the windows are perhaps a little too old and could be better insulated.
