Disappointing breakfast, very poor value for money.

The room was nice and fairly spacious. there was a sofa bed as well as the king size bed. Parking was expensive so we opted to park our car in a nearby multi-storey car park.

We had booked a two night stay with breakfast included. We arrived at the restaurant on our first morning to find that the dining room was closed off. We ordered breakfast at the counter, but were asked to sit in the snack bar area. Coffee was served in paper cups and 15 minutes later, a lady (who seemed to be a manager) appeared and promptly placed a carrier bag on our table, saying "Here is your breakfast". When we looked inside, we saw that our 'breakfast' was packed in plastic boxes with plastic cutlery. We expressed our displeasure but were told that since it was the day after Labor Day, many staff had been granted an extra day off, so the hotel was short staffed. We pointed out that we had never been told about this and did not expect to be served such a poor quality breakfast in a 4* hotel. Subsequently, we spoke to a hotel manager. We informed him that we were unhappy with the poor standard of breakfast. Firstly, he questioned whether or not our booking entitled us to have breakfast at the hotel. I produced the e-mail from Booking.com, which clearly stated that breakfast was included in our booking. When we continued to complain about the poor breakfast, he just kept repeating "We have provided you with a breakfast". He said that he was unable to compensate us, apart from giving us reward points for the hotel chain.

Not a bad choice for a quick stay in downtown Indy

Great location in downtown Indy, nice size rooms, on site parking is convenient, decent restaurant

Walls are paper thin. Could hear families yelling in the hall and for some reason housekeeping was loudly knocking on doors at 9am (check out is at 11), very expensive for what you are getting

Amazing hotel for family vacation

The property itself was gorgeous, very close to restaurants and city life. The beds were super comfy and the rooms were clean and updated. Our kids loved how fancy they felt staying here.

Parking was a bit expensive but that’s about the only thing we can complain about

Beautiful, clean gorgeous hotel!

Room was spacious, gorgeously updated, clean and so comfortable. Best room i have ever had in a hotel.

Parking. Very expensive and stressful once parked, could not use my car for in and out. It is $53 to park and hotel validation makes it $45. Add on 3 Lyft rides and it became unaffordable and will impact my future hotel choices

Room was GREAT! we stayed with 2 kids & it was comfortable & spacious for all 4 of us. I expected something less classy, because we got the rooms cheap but it exceeded my expectations. The restaurant downstairs was delicious as well. The shower was SO big.

We didn't have a microwave in our room but that could have only been available for bigger rooms, I didn't even look honestly. But we were thankful for comfy beds.

Pleasant

No room service so if you get in late there is nothing to eat! Cafeteria under renovation so then nothing to buy for breakfast either!! Slow check in as well. We will choose elsewhere next time
