best thing about the hotel was the location to our event. Would probably stay here again

The hotel was clean and warm.

we could not check in early, main door would not open when we got there because we had no key The ligting in the room was not the greatest. I booked a room with a king bed and pretty sure the bed in 522 is not a king bed.

Not necessarily a bad stay, would stay again though.

Location to our event downtown was perfect.

Valet parking was a bit unorganized. We had a few interruptions the morning of our check out day. Staff knocking on wrong doors waking up several hours before check out. We were also given a handicap accessible room and we were unaware. Bed was super low and somewhat hard to get into.

For a two night stay, we had 3 different rooms, but staff was helpful and understanding.

The location and staff were helpful with all the issues we faced.

The first room we were put in didn’t have hot water. The shower was clogged and it appeared there was dried blood in the shower. They then put us in a room where staff knew the bed was broken and on order for a new one. Finally we were put into a room that met our needs and standards for a hotel. We stay in Hampton inns all the time, but this experience has us debating on using them in the future.

Close to downtown stuff and bed and pillows were nice.

Parking $55 a night. We were booked for a king suite with sofa bed but got there and they put us in a double queen bed room. The TV stations sucks and go in and out really bad. Walls very thin.

Great location, comfy stay. But some noise

Location is walking distance to all the main attractions. Great breakfast options. Really comfortable beds. Staff is super friendly.

The air conditioner is super loud when it's on. So when it goes on and off, you have to keep adjusting the volume on your devices. Street noise due to annoying suped up cars at all hours of the night, but this is not the hotel's fault. Solution for both of these things? Keep the fan constantly on.

Staff steals from guest!!!!

On October 5, I left $9000 in jewelry in room after checkout by accident. I called a few hours later and housekeeping stole it. I dont recommended this hotel to anybody.

Excellent location for Gainbridge Fieldhouse and Lucas Oil Stadium (within easy [5-15 min] walking distance to each), as well as to local restaurants, and city center sights; big room; clean facility; decent breakfast; friendly and helpful breakfast staff

Horribly poor lighting!! A small light over each side of the bed and a lamp on the table by the window were definitely not sufficient! And the light over the door only cast so much light. Also, the bathroom was a decent size, but the shower was a tad small. If they could move the toilet over about a foot, that would give room to expand the shower and make it more comfortable for people over 6 feet tall...

Overall, were glad we stayed. I don't think there was a better location for the value.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The downtown location was great! Easy access to restaurants and entertainment venues. The valet was quick to bring the car when needed.

The lighting was not great for reading in bed and there was not enough plug ins for my phone and CPAP machine. The parking per night was expensive at $45 a night. Unfortunately, there was a snafu at checkout, that took a bit to get resolved.

Great location, but try to request a room that is not facing the street.

Location was great for our purposes, which was to attend a basketball game at Gainbridge. The hotel is right around the corner which was perfect. The room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nothing special, but good enough to keep us filled until lunch. There are plenty of great restaurants right around the hotel too. We were able to walk to lots of sights. We especially enjoyed the canal walk -- very pretty area and even has a gondola for rides on the canal (near the Fresco Italian Cafe)

Since the hotel is right downtown, that comes with lots of noise at night due to bars and restaurants in the area. Also, there's lots of noisy cars racing around the streets until all hours of the night (the police don't seem to do anything about it). Didn't sleep well on the weekend nights due to the noise, seemed a little better during weekday nights.
