Will definitely return for another stay.

Very pleasant stay. Location was perfectly centered in the middle of everywhere we wanted to be. Bar and restaurants were very accessible by foot. Lounge area in lobby restaurant was also quite nice.

Room seemed a little tighter in space than expected and the view out the window was a little lackluster. Really only things I can force myself to think of.

The 4 USB charge points in the room did not work. This is problematic coming from Europe with 4-3 devices to charge and only one Euro-US adapter. It means making a strategy to have them all charged before going out!

Had to eat breakfast elsewhere because they were under staffed and the wait time was ignorant. The filth and stench from the street people utilizing the parking garage as their rest room was too much. Attached is a view from our luxury room.

Placed 2 calls in advance of arriving to ensure Champaign and chocolate covered strawberries where delivered to room. Upon arrival, not on room revs’ notes. When order placed 3rd time, strawberries consisted of 4 half sliced plain strawberries on top of blueberries in a small bowl for nearly $190 for valentine wkend. Strange & very disappointing. Even front desk was surprised when I shared this. Room mirrors were filthy, no clock in room for music(TV stations didn’t provide any choices for music); bath towels thin;

It was a lovely place, most of the staff were friendly and helpful, and I would go again.

Location was perfect and the hotel was lovely.

We were supposed to check in around 4:00 but got held up and didn't get there until 7:00 pm. We got put in a room with the worst view....but ok. The room was nice but was barely big enough for the king size bed - and maybe it was me, but the trashcan in the bed area was one of those teeny little plastic containers with a swinging lid that you would expect to see in a child's room. It seemed so out of place in such a nice hotel. I have never stayed in a hotel with smaller rooms or more narrow hallways...also, just under the armoire, there was an empty water bottle. Not a big deal, but seems it would have been easy to see for anyone cleaning or inspecting the room before a new guest.

The hotel is wonderful, its location is excellent in the city center and the furniture is excellent, but what distinguishes this hotel is the service spirit of its staff, especially kalhorinc, which was more than wonderful at the front desk ... I strongly recommend this hotel
