Nice place.
Very clean. Rooftop bar was very nice.
Cold water in the shower. I also need coffee in my room when I stay at hotels. This room had a Nespresso and I don't know how to work those.

I was supposed to have a late check out at 2:00 and the housekeeper knocked on my door at 9:30 AM. Also, the front desk called at 11:00 asking when I was going to check out. It was a little annoying.

Brand-new hotel in Downtown Indianapolis
Brand-new with very nice and spacious rooms. AC is working well - for check-in we recommend valet parking which is at reasonable price for downtown location of the hotel. Great central downtown Indianapolis location!
Our room had a view to the "inside" of the building, meaning we were looking at the opposite wall of the building. Surely you can book the more expensive rooms at the external side of the building, but the view was a bit disappointing to us considering the price of the room...

Stunning property and staff
Absolutely stunning hotel, probably one of the cleanest hotels I ever stayed at. Wonderful and attentive staff, great food and amenities in the room itself. Stayed here with my husband and we’re so happy with our experience!!! Thank you to the lovely front desk angels:)
