the hotel was really nice with a jazzy modern feel.

The room I reserved was not the room we got. It was so tiny with a hard kitchen chair. We notify the hotel manager and they moved us to a more comfortable room. However, a day later there was a foul smell in that room, so they moved us to another room, which was by the club on the top floor.

Beautiful place to stay when in Indianapolis for a meeting.

The room was spendid, spacious and elegant. The bathroom was a delight, with a great hot water shower and also spacious. The beds were super comfortable. On the 2nd floor the view was ok, but didn't really spend a lot of time looking out. The windows were great though.

Not much. Had some difficulty splitting the bill at the front desk that took extra time and had to fix later.

Traffic noise, multiple things were non functioning, windows cleanliness, roof top is a lot smaller than advertised, bar staff included gratuities without informing us.

Okay, but I wouldn't go back.

I liked the location. I liked the overall decor of the hotel. It was modern and a little quirky, which I liked. Staff was friendly, especially Kate and Ruby.

The bedroom area was very small. We could not close the curtains because the ceilings were so high, and the drapes were directly behind the TV set. The refrigerator was so full of items for sale, that we had to take them out to put our drinks in. I booked this hotel mainly for the rooftop bar, and it was closed for a wedding reception. I don't know why we had a hallway in our room, but such a tiny sleep area. I kept bumping into tables and lampshades.

A beautiful, modern hotel perfect for any occasion

Beautifully designed interiors, with a luxe and modern feel. Gorgeous (and delicious) dining options, with both the roof cocktail bar and restaurant serving up unique offerings. It’s in close proximity to everything in downtown Indy, by foot or by short car ride. And the staff are incredibly welcoming!

THE BEDS ARE SO UNCOMFORTABLE. It feels like sleeping on your childhood spring mattress from 1987 when you go home to visit your parents. It was genuinely awful.

The comfort of the room was great. The bed was super comfortable and soft.

Didn't have the breakfast because they were charging for it.

I didn't like the fact we couldn't park our own car and was made to Valut park then charged 45.00. I could have parked my own car for that price we were only there for one evening.

The only thing I didn't like the girl at the elevator for rooftop entrance said drop your bags and head up. When we came back she said it was last call. It was my birthday and my main reason for staying. That info would have been nice to know prior.

Convenient location in Indy

It's fine for where it is, centrally located in downtown Indy.

Not too far from the railroads, which in this city means freight trains - loud freight trains that could slowly rumble by early in the morning when you want to sleep in. Keep that in mind. No desk for a laptop in the room I was in, check your reservation if that could mean something to you.

I loved the location, the politeness of the staff, and the security and privateness of the the hotel. Everyone was so pleasant from the security letting me in the door even after hours of the doors locking.

There was nothing that I did not like about my stay. Everything was absolutely wonderful. I look forward to staying here again. Even down to valet.

I had a great stay at Hotel Indy, and would not hessitate to stay there again.

All of the staff, from the desk clerk, valet, restaurant, to the house keeping were so friendly and wanted to help with anything they could. they went above and beyond. Best mattress I have slept on in a hotel in quite a while.

Parking. There are very few options for parking in that area of town, and valet is expensive. Although, the valet parking was very efficient, it was too pricey.
