Large room, good breakfast, good location

No view but the room was so comfortable and spacious that it didn't matter.

There location was excellent. The staff was very friendly. Hotel was very clean.

Breakfast left a little too be desired. Parking was a mess. Valet couldn't find our keys for about 20 minutes he had them mislabeled as a Hyundai we were driving a 2025 Honda odysed van. After we got the van we scratched of the incorrect information and wrote three correct information no issue after that. I will say they need a better system for keys not just throwing them all in a drawer.

Good location to attend Fever game. Breakfast was good but not enough seating.

Valet parking was too slow, we just parked ourselves. More people needed to do it, one guy could not handle it all. Park though was easy and convenient.

The rooms were lovely, laundry on site. Location and value were good.

There were some management issues and inconsistencies with the staff because management was inadequate. Packages and Instacart orders were delivered next door and all but one person just shrugged and said for me to go try to get into the secure building next door. One staff member knew the code and retrieved my package. There are laundry faculties that run on quarters—but they can’t give you quarters and send you next door. I was left outside at 2am for 20 minutes because the front desk employee was sent to make coffee? The manager didn’t answer her phone or identify herself as an employee of the hotel, then proceeded to throw her front desk employee under the bus.
