Mediocre. Probably won't return there.
Location was great, staff was great (front desk and valet). Wife said bed was comfortable. .
Shower head was dirty and plugged up, a good amount of the spray holes didn't work or sprayed in some crazy direction because of the buildup on the shower head. Breakfast was bad, raw bacon, empty coffee the entire time, waffle maker not working. Also was a group of moms and cheerleaders down there doing hair and makeup, while people are eating. Staff walked by them multiple times and never said anything. Very unhygienic

Good value for traveling with family, with kitchen facilities.
Nice breakfast with ample hot food options including potato wedges, chicken fingers, sausage, fried eggs, and bacon. Real dishes and kitchenware in the room. Rudimentary pool but the children loved it. Nice location within walking distance of many restaurants including those on Mass Ave.
Room carpet looked a bit dated. Cleaning solution used in the hallway was strong-smelling. No self-parking option, only $42/overnight valet (you could use an app to find cheaper parking nearby). Room had a window but the window did not face outside, but instead revealed another part of the hotel. Sofa bed was quite uncomfortable.

Never ever stay here and get frustrated with your trip
Nothing they gave the rooms only after making us wait for 3 hours. Our check in time was 3pm but we reached there at 7 pm. They said rooms need to be cleaned and gave the keys only by 9.50 pm

Everything besides paying for curbside parking and breakfast was good
This was a beautiful place to stay. I didn’t like the extra $50 added for parking. That should be included as an amenity in the price.
Breakfast looked amazing until I sat down after fixing my plate and the food was COLD!!! I looked for a microwave to heat it up but didn’t see one….eggs and Canadian bacon aren’t good that way. I’m to hesitant to come back.

Unpleased!!
When we got to our room the door was open with the lock being ingaged. My husband went in to clear the room while we waited in the hallway. And the pool was freezing. We choose this hotel over JW Mariot due to the oool and my grandson got in and out within 5 minutes!!
