Wish I would have stayed elsewhere.

I got a 1:30 checkout.

Arrived before 11pm and the bar was closed. No mini bar in the room. I picked the hotel as the bathroom had a tub but it didn't hold water. No bathrobes. Too expensive for what it is.

My wife, our little girl and I had a very pleasant stay and we’d stay there again.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful with navigating the downtown area. The room & king-size bed were very comfortable and clean. The bathroom overall was very clean minus a small spots of mold in the corners of the shower floor.

Parking was a little expensive and the price quoted on the day we arrived was higher than that listed on the website. The late night street noise was a little too loud at times but that’s no fault of the Conrad Hotel. Just some loud pipes from various bikers and some cheap aftermarket exhaust.

Very comfortable bed, immaculate room, loved the shower pressure. Sauna, hot tub, and steam room were very nice (included with guest stay). Valet parking was very convenient. Exceptional staff! The best hotel I've stayed at in the Midwest area! We will absolutely be back! Highly recommend 10/10

The only issue we had was the Hilton app digital key wouldn't unlock the pool door, but the staff came up to open the door and gave a manual room key, extra water, and chocolates for the inconvenience. Amazing service!

Shit sandwhich!

The downtown location was great or so it seemed. We asked how to get to the mall that it’s connected to and the staff told us. What they didn’t tell us is that the mall closed 20 minutes prior. So we walked around an abandoned mall that basically has no stores in it.

No smart tvs, the place is very out dated. I’ve been to Drury inns that’s are nicer and didn’t cost me $500. They don’t tell you that they charge $65 to valet overnight and then slap me in the face the kids running the place couldn’t my vehicle. They tried to give me another persons ride. It took them over 20 mins to figure it out. What a joke.

Good location, appealing lobby, attentive staff. Full rooms and not good value for money.

The hotel lobby in itself is appealing and you are welcomed by the staff in a friendly manner. There are restaurants within walking distance and 2 stores close by. Sad to say that Indianapolis is still struggling to recover after Covid generally and the mall is seemingly devoid of life. Having booked a room you have access to the swimming pool, steam room and sauna on the 6th floor which was awesome. The room was clean with coffee & tea facilities.

The bars adjoining the hotel close at 11.30pm and a coffee was not available at 11.am in the morning in the restaurant as they were already preparing for lunch, which was a shame as there is not another coffee shop in the vicinity. My biggest gripe was the room. The room itself is of a good size with a two seater sofa, coffee table and also a good size bathroom. The room we were in though was dated, dull and uninspiring, maybe from the 80’s. The carpet is very faded in places and the furniture shows lots of wear with scuffs and scrapes on the corners. The shower products in the shower are in big refillable bottles. With a total cost of $760. for 2 nights I did not find value for money and feel overall somewhat disappointed that this stay did not meet up to my expectations.

I was embarrassed because I bragged on the Conrad Brand. It was my wife's birthday.

It was a Conrad hotel. The name is carrying the Indianapolis downtown location. It still carries 5-star characters of that, regarding what the hotel offers or activities (Restaurant, Spa, Valet Parking, etc.).

The room could have been cleaner. Especially regarding the bathroom. The flooring in the bathroom was horrible. We had to place towels on the floor because they had stains. Just not what we come to know from the Conrad Hotel. This particular one has gone down tremendously. I was embarrassed actually. The toilet ran constantly all night. I tried to download it while doing so. The vent was also exposed which was filthy.

Nice hotel stay but unsafe neighborhood

Hotel was really nice and near our ultimate destination.

I' ve been to Indianapolis a few times before, unfortunately the downtown area where the hotel is located has really gone downhill. It was dirty, aggressive homeless people everywhere, cars almost drag racing down the street in front of the hotel. My wife and I felt unsafe walking to dinner which is saying something as we're from Chicago.

Over and Beyond our Expectations!!

The staff was very nice! Exceeded expectations. We went to the wine tasting and bought a bottle of wine. I asked the nice gentleman at the front to point me in the direction of the ice machines; He instead took it upon himself to get a nice wine container and filled it with ice so that it added so romance to our stay. Everything about our stay was just absolutely top notch! Highly impressed! We will be back!

The bed was so comfy and I loved having a tub to soak in and drink wine and watch a little t v and relax.

the one and only thing I can think of is having a snack place inside the lobby so in case at midnight if you're hungry you could grab a snack.

The room was great with an awesome view of the city. it was very well appointed with everything you would ever need for a short stay. We really enjoyed the pool/exercise area as well. For the money very hard to beat/
