Cozy, Clean, but Understaffed at Breakfast

The property was clean, the rooms were cozy, and the staff was kind.

For being right next to Lucas Oil Stadium, you would think they would have more staff filling breakfast items, but there was hardly any food at any given time during breakfast. Refills simply weren’t fast enough. I believe only one person was working the breakfast counter; I felt bad for her.

I loved that so many things were within walking distance. We were there for the FFA National Convention so anywhere we needed to be was convenient walk away.

The street noise was loud but hotel can’t do anything about that but it stopped by a decent time just a bunch of loud cars.

The breakfast was good, the scrambled eggs a bit more watery than desirable, but all was tasty. The location was great, easy to get where we needed to downtown. Very easy to Lucas Oil Stadium and convention center.

Our room was a bit loud as it was directly across from the ice maker and right next to the dining room. Granted there were a lot of teens as we were there for an FFA convention, so we did expect there to be commotion and noise.

Great location, easy parking, nice room , good breakfast

Was in room close to the end of hallway , and the stairs entrance was nearby. The door closing was heard in my room every time someone went through and there were a lot of people going through it

Overnight stay at Indianapolis downtown

The room was neat & clean and the sofa-cum-bed option was good for the third person to sleep. The bathroom was big & spacious. Breakfast options were limited but good. The check-in experience was seamless.

We were a bit cramped in the room considering triple occupancy & would have preferred more space to move around. Restaurants in close vicinity are limited, so not too many options to choose from. The downtown area was a dead place with very little activity taking place over the weekend. We hardly encountered any people walking in the streets.

Breakfast was decent. A little bit on the salty side but that is to be expected. The place was very clean and quiet which was really great.

I enjoyed my stay at Townplace Suites by Marriott. The services and staff were exceptional.

I really loved the daily breakfast buffet; it was a hit; fluffy waffles, and delicious fresh coffee. The staff was very nice and patient with everyone...always aimed to please and make everyone feel welcomed and satisfied with their services.

There weren't anything that I disliked; but I thought the suites would be larger. I liked having the fridge and microwave in the room.

I liked the feel of the hotel. I was not overtly large and was very clean. It was a nice travel hotel within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment.

The front desk person was playing bartender. She really had no clue what an IPA was or how to make a Vodka tonic. I could've just made it myself.

I loved the room and location. Didn't like the loud people and the parking.

I liked the location, the view, and the actual room. The room was great and had a lot of amenities like a fridge and stove. I also liked how there was silverware and pots and pans to use.

There were people underneath us on the patio and they were banging on the walls nonstop. We called the front desk and nothing was done about it. They kept banging. I also didn't like that you had to pay for parking on top of the room price.
