Overall it was fair to good.

Staff except breakfast attendant was rude. He was refilling the breakfast food and said to me “lady move”. I was attempting to dip up food. He should have said excuse me and I would have moved.

The second day maintenance was supposed to come fix the shower and they made a mess all over the floor and left it in the room flooded when you tried to use the shower so he left and did not stay the next day and I do want my money back.

Cute, Cozy, Close to EVERYTHING

We were there for our first Colt's game. I loved how close this hotel was to Lucas Oil Stadium AND downtown. Our room was clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast bar was A+

A near perfect stay

We went for our first Colts game. This was such a great location for it as well as a close walk to downtown. The staff were all very nice and helpful. They made our stay great. Also loved the available resources, maps, and recommendations near the elevators. They were so helpful for our visit to Indianapolis! We really enjoyed our time here and would love to visit again someday.

It’s a good thing when I can’t think of much that I didn’t like. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks Tru by Hilton & Staff!

Nice and would stay again

I love the location, the staff and the amenities they had to offer.

Our automatic blinds didn’t work. We called the front and the girl was quick to check on them. She said she would send maintenance up, we left in the meantime, they were never fixed and told they would have to wait until tomorrow. We checked out the next day. So it would have done us no good. They did put us in another room upon our request, but it was not as nice as the one we had.

The rooms are really small. There wasn't a restaurant/bar on site and the wi-fi did not work and you have to pay $30 per night for parking not enough amenities for the price that you are paying per night for your stay and parking

Great stay, great location

The modern, clean look made the hotel feel very upscale. They had 24 hour coffee and tea available, a spacious lobby with a foosball table, and a Pour Your Own beer card. The rooms were pretty standard, though the hardwood floors made them feel sleek. LOVED the bathrooms!

Directions ended up forcing us around the block to get in the parking garage due to the odd streets, but overall, not too bad. Also didn’t like having to pay so much for parking.

Room was well laid out. Desk and power. Comfortable bed and good bathroom. Lobby had plenty of places to work. 24/7 coffee, snacks for purchase. Breakfast was included and more than I expected

Location is perfect for entertainment access

Breakfast is great! Good variety for a decent breakfast. The proximity of the hotel to the Gainbridge Fieldhouse was perfect. Easy walk to plenty of restaurants and bars.

The convenience of being close to downtown and then leaving the city with easy access to the interstate.

The breakfast was mediocre. I feel like there could have been more options, especially for individualized drinks like milk or juice, that was free and not having to pay for.

I was not pleased with the smell of smoking, or smell on a non cigarette smell if you will. Especially at night, late at night. The smell of recreational smoking product coming thru bottom of our hotel room door. We had to place towels at our door to not smell that smell if you know what i am saying.

Again just the smell of recreational smoking products, skunk smell in parking garage at times then like i mentioned above, thru bottom of our hotel room door late at night.

Okay hotel close to Lucas Oil Stadium

The hotel is in a good location, it's a short walk to downtown and to some of the other neighborhoods. It's right next to Lucas Oil Stadium so if you want to be close to that, then this would be a good location.

The toilet set in our room was dirty, there was what looked like dried blood on the toilet seat and what looked like a couple of pubic hairs. We cleaned it up ourselves and I understand that the maid staff has a lot of rooms to clean and I'm sure it was a busy weekend with the Eclipse, but then the TV didn't work. When we called the front desk, it seemed like this is a common problem and they switched us to a different room. When we got to the new room, the toilet seat in that room was also dirty. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and was going off for almost 30 minutes. We evacuated outside and eventually were told there was no fire and we could go back to our rooms, but the alarm was still blaring. I know this is not the fault of the staff, but for the first 20 minutes or so, until we were told to go back inside, there were no employees in sight, no one was letting us know what was going on or communicating at all.
