All around it was very nice

It was way too much money for the services received.

It was a nice hotel but the room was expensive for what it was.

I prepaid for the room which was almost $400 for 1 night. At check-in they asked for my debit card and charged me $75 to hold for “incidentals”. It will take 5-7 business days to receive the refund of the $75. Additionally, I was charged a non-optional “destination fee” of $29.25 after I checked out. I was unaware of this fee until I saw it on my bank account. This fee is commonly known as a junk fee and recent legislation provides that it must be disclosed and can’t be “hidden”. While Booking.com did mention the fee, they did not explain that is was not an optional fee and that it would be charged regardless of whether their clients wanted the use of it or not.

Not good relationship price- quality

I don't think the place has a good price-quality relationship. Installations are old, and you have to pay an extra price for the internet. Other places with the same price are much better.

Hotel was great but a bit overpriced and the hidden charges you get on top of the 59.95 charge for parking sucks!

Close to Lucas oil stadium.

They automatically charge you 29.25 cents for some kind of attraction package that I did not ask for or used but got charged anyway. This is a SLEEZY way of doing business!

Price was just awful at $675 a night for two double beds. Breakfast was $43 a person. There is a $59 fee for self parking. Ice was only on 2nd floor. Road out front was noisy at night with people speeding and revving up engines late in the night.

The location was the only positive for this hotel.

1. Hotel was under construction and this was not disclosed when booking. 2. There was a youth event and unattended minors were running like maniacs all over. 3. Complained to front desk and they said they would talk to security. 4. Room was musty and had stains on blankets. 5. Kids knocked on my hotel door, ran up and down the halls yelling and slammed doors until after midnight and were up and on the move by 7 a.m.

Great Location and Attention in Downtown Indy!

Staff was excellent and helpful always. Room was very comfortable. The view is fabulous and the location is perfect with everything at walking distance.

The bathroom is a bit dark with yellow lights instead of white lights to be able to get ready. A mirror at the desk would be helpful to be able to use as a vanity as well as work.

The housekeeping services are not 24 hours. However, when I needed extra bedding someone was able to bring it. But there wasn’t anyone to take things that were soiled. We ended up putting those items in the hallway.

It was amazing up until we had a stranger who didn’t belong in the hotel scaring my friends and family at around 2 in the morning. Very disheartening to have those unfortunate circumstances. Very upset that something like this could happen in a facility like this.

Beautiful hotel near Lucas oil stadium.

Great location, easy walking distance from Lucas Oil Stadium. Easy self parking with enclosed walkway between parking garage & hotel. The restaurant located inside the hotel, High Velocity, had comfortable seating and delicious food! I had the Philly Cheesesteak and it was the best Philly Cheesesteak I have ever had. 10/10 recommend.

Beautiful and amazing location!

I loved the location! It was well within walking distance to pretty much everything! The staff was very friendly and made us feel so welcomed! I will definitely stay there again!!

I felt that the price to park in the garage was a little extreme. I would have been ok with the amount if we had used valet. Also we had breakfast brought to our room and for the small amount of food we got, the price was crazy. When I ordered it the night before it had one price but when I signed for it when it was delivered the next morning the amount was almost $20 more. That was a lesson learned, I won't do that again.

Definitely the cleanest and coziest hotel we've stayed in

We loved everything about our stay, the staff was friendly and the room was very clean. Love the Starbucks inside! Also love the heating/air. It was nice centrally located and not some noisy box unit. Great water pressure in the shower also.

The only thing that was a bummer was that Google claimed this location has a pool, but it does not. That's not the fault of the hotel but maybe should be looked in to so people don't think there is one.

It was an excellent choice for a Valentine’s Day get away downtown.

I really enjoyed the staff, they were super nice and friendly. I also really enjoyed the ambiance of the hotel in general. The “vibe” was exactly what I was looking for.

I specifically wanted a room with a bathtub and I did get that, however the tub was pretty small and the shower curtain was not long enough, so during showers, water sprayed all over the floor. Had to use some extra towels to dry it up. Not a deal breaker though, but that was my only criticism, every other aspect was perfect!
