Upscale Hotel Room in Downtown Indy was Restful, Clean, and Pleasant! Five Stars!!

Very nice furnishings. A cut above the normal hotel room. Nice organization of space. Restful. Clean, clean, clean! Shampoo and conditioner products were great--I ordered some from the online store because they were that good. The room was stocked with everything--I felt the space was prepared for a guest. It was a very nice evening.

We payed for breakfast included with our reservation, but the kitchen was out of service for 2/3 days we stayed so the breakfast options were limited. this was very disappointing and inconvinient! specially when we payed in advance and were counting on good breakfast.

A convenient location to Lucas oil in the convention center

The valet staff were really nice and professional. A special shout out to Dwane for helping us load our car. He’s an awesome young man.

Excellent stay, would happily return. The only fault I could find is no soap pump at the hand basin (it is mounted to the wall in the tub area) and if that's your biggest problem - your week is going very, very well. Great TV coverage, strong wifi, fridge, very nice staff. The mini shop in the lobby is not ridiculously priced and useful - due to lack of local mini marts in all of Indianapolis downtown area. Very central location, walking to most venues is simple and quick. You certainly won't need a car or taxis etc.

Comfortable stay, just what I needed for a short time in town.

The location was prime for sure. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would consider rebooking if I'm ever back in town.

The bathroom looked clean, but smelled a little funky when I first arrived. The smell slowly disappeared throughout my stay.

It was disappointing.

The location and being easy to get to our concert venue.

When we arrived, the bed wasn’t fully made. There was a pillow missing but an empty pillow case laying on the bed. The lady who checked us in had an attitude with us because we misunderstood a question she asked us due to her speaking so quickly. We also didn’t receive our ticket for the parking garage back so we were trapped while trying to leave along with several other guests. We even asked about the parking ticket when we were checking out, and the lady (a different lady) said we were good to go. So we didn’t question it further. A very aggravating experience with the staff. There was a gentleman who was very helpful and kind and gave us ice when we asked about ice machines.

It suited are needs for this quick trip.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, it only took a few minutes to walk to the concert venue. I also appreciated they comped our parking fee. The staff was professional and helpful, excluding the one mentioned below.

None of the ice machines worked. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, it also took 15 minutes to get hot. Our room keys did not work when we returned from the concert. The older gentleman at the front desk around 5 am needs some training in customer service.

This hotel was in a great location near many of the downtown attractions. it has a convenient parking garage and was very clean and nicely appointed. The front desk staff were very polite and efficient.

We arrived promptly at 4:00, which is check in time but the desk staff explained that the room we had reserved on a higher floor was not yet clean. Although we waited for approximately a half hour, we were to meet friends for dinner and had to accept a room on a lower floor in order to meet our schedule. In compensation for our disappointing room assignment. Courtyard staff gave us free parking saving us $35. Nice. Later, when we returned to the hotel late in the evening, we could not find an available spot in the parking garage and we were instructed to take our car to the valet who then comp'd the upcharge for valet service due to our inconvenience. Very good service!

Me and my friends really enjoy the stay at the courtyard we came down for a lady's conference it was very convenient for us and Brendan took very good care of us we had a small dilemma and he fixed it right away we will stay at the courtyard when we come again there was a young lady we ran out of towels she went and got the towels immediately for us we didn't have to wait I didn't get her name but I like how hard-working they were trying to make everyone have a wonderful stay

elevator issues/very slow elevators, staff while kind were not very attentive, staff was chatty behind the Check-In line during a very busy time. Check in was exceptionally long. Although this was a sold out evening at the hotel, based on their location this is a normal occurrence. It was disappointing that Check-In took 30 minutes, then another 10 minutes was spent waiting on the elevator. I appreciate the late evening manager who asked about the elevators. She appears to take it seriously. Also, one girl did provide waters to all waiting. I thought that was a kind act.

It was adequate for my reason for going, but will probably not return.

I didn't dine at the hotel as they are usually expensive. It was about a 20 minute walk to the town centre and most places didn't open till 11am. It depends on what you like but there was quite a few themed bars and restaurant's in the town. All of the big sporting venues were within walking distance. The Indi 500 track was only a 40 minute bus ride.

Most of the bars and restaurants closed at 11pm. A few were open later but you had to pay an entry fee.
