The location of the facility was perfect for what we were there for.
A staff person came into our room even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door and did not get the door closed when they left. We had 2 credit cards missing from our bag that was inside the room.

Staff was amazing and incredibly helpful
Old facilities. Elevators were broken. There were many conferences ongoing and only 1-2 elevators were working. It took about 20-30 min to get to my floor and even that was because staff helped some of use the service elevators.
