Disappointment

What I liked about the property was that it was connected to the convention center, circle center mall

One thing I didn’t like was my room not being cleaned refrigerator had a bunch of food left over in it, which made it smell really bad so I didn’t make a big deal at first I called the front desk. They said they would have someone come up and clean it out. My daughter and I left for like three hours came back and the refrigerator was still full of food, I took pictures of it so I called back down there. Let them know there was still food in the refrigerator. Finally, someone came cleaned the things out of the refrigerator but did not wipe the refrigerator out and you can tell that nothing was wiped down because you could see smears on the glass and fingerprints and to be honest as much as I paid to stay there and park I would’ve expected much better

I love that it was connected to the convention center

The elevators were broken, the stairs were hard to find and figure out. It was over crowded and made it take 20+ minutes to wait on the elevator. They also double charged me and took almost a week to get reimbursed. Parking is also NOT included. And they do not have microwaves in the rooms

I like the convenience of having multiple restaurants inside of the hotel, as well as it connecting to the convention center of the reason for my stay.

The fact that the room did not come with what was equipped with what it said online, as well as did not outline the additional fees for parking and other charges, the service at the restaurants that were connected to the hotel itself. We were ignored for several hours and took forever to get our tabs after speaking to multiple different servers and managers. Also several elevators did not work or escalators making access to rooms take a lot longer than needed. As well as a lot of the restrooms that were closed outside of your room where not accessible for public use, but we’re marked and stated that they were.

Parking was extremely expensive. I paid almost 800$ for one night stay at the hotel and parking fees were 97$ I think that is ridiculous. Also my air conditioner didn’t work in the room.

Good price compared to surrounding hotels, but not the most comfortable night’s sleep.

Good location. Close to restaurants and Lucas Oil Stadium. Room was clean and staff were friendly.

Walls were thin. Could easily hear our neighbors. Pillows were flat and not comfortable for a side sleeper. Not a restful night’s sleep.

Good hotel, parking ruined the vibe and broke the bank.

Lack of transparency about parking options ruined the experience. We asked several attendants what the options were bc we would be in and out. For my truck they $77 for valet and $45 daily self park. They did not specify that the daily did not include in and out (as every major hotel is around garage typically does), despite us specifying our situation. Parking ended up costing more than the hotel for the weekend.. $33 every time we went in or out, or $45 each night. They kept blaming it on PNC bc "it's their garage" but the hotel is presenting that garage as one of two of their parking options.

The Eagles Nest restaurant was good. There were no bed bugs.

Dusty room. Old dirty carpet. Very few stations on TV and no movies. Ice machine was broken. No vending machines on our floor. Parking was outrageously priced.

Overall, an 8+ BUT a 2 on breakfast and what they call "room service"

The highest point was the really nice Eagles Nest restaurant. The duck was outstanding! Service was good. A failure for the hotel was lack of food options at the breakfast restaurant. Food was below average.

No real room service. They call room service as bringing your meals in plastic containers in a brown paper bag! Come on!!

We came down to watch the NBA final game. It was a great stay.

The location of the hotel to the bars and restaurants was literally perfect. We walked everywhere we went and it was so convenient to be able to come back to the room and still have plenty of time to get to the game. We also enjoyed the bar downstairs
