Overall...good stay

I liked the design of the suite.

Our water faucet did not work in the living area. The water came out at a very slow trickle. In the bedroom, there appeared to be water damage to the wall. A very large bubble was apparent in the wall paper and it felt like the wall was crumbling under it

Property was clean and comfortable. Absolutely no complaints about the room.

Stayed overnight for a colts game. Checked in two hours before the game with no garage space left and had to drag our stuff and bags down the street. Bar was closed after the game with no store options other than some frozen meals. Breakfast buffet closed down at 930 the day after the game when tons of people were still there trying to eat. And they didn’t even have a travel toothpaste at the desk.. I had to walk to the store. Super sub par service compared to the other hotel options on this block. But our family did enjoy the space and accommodation.

Everything! I gave it and 8 because if I gave it a 10 then what if I have better? So 8 and it’s a high 8. Could or should be a 9. Only beef I had was little girls bullying kids at the pool. And parking

Our stay wasn't bad, but due to the amount that we paid, I had higher expectations.

The Staff was verry helpful with Checking in and out. Great location to Gainbridge Fieldhouse and downtown.

Parking was too expensive. Entrance to the parking deck was too hard drive through. Water pressure and flow in bathroom sinks and showers was low. Sinks weren't cleaned thoroughly. Shower floor wasn't clean.

Amazing and comfortable!

Everything, the snack bar had a lot of options, bed super comfortable, we didn’t tried the restaurant since it was mostly seafood and me and my fiancé are allergic to seafood. But after all room was amazing, snacks were amazing, we had a good night!

No complaints, only that we were really looking forward to the gift shop and it was closed but that’s was just something small.

Bittersweer experience

The breakfast was good and the room was spacious.

N/AI gave it a disappointment rating because we stayed there for the Fourth of July and to watch the fireworks. However, the experience was bittersweet. A person was killed right in front of our window. The gunshots were heard, and the street was closed for hours to collect evidence and clean up the scene. What was supposed to be a family stay turned into a nightmare, as we felt unsafe and couldn't even walk around safely.

Well main issue I had was that we was that the kids and all was woken up at 330 in the morning by guest above us, They were very loud and kept on for bout a hour, We did call down to make a complaint, then we had guests below our unit that was just as loud and kept going till probably 6 or do in the morning, We did mention that people above us and below us were extremely loud, It’s kinda sucked to be honest, I’m not mad at the hotel, just sucks that it woke the kids up and none of us could get back to sleep with all the loudness of shouting and partying or whatever the hell they was doing

Breakfast and Happy Hour

The fact that there was only one working elevator. My room had alot of things broken and dirty linen with hair all over the floor and I took pictures. I had to inform staff and then move my things to a different room with 3 small children. We stayed two nights and I wasn't pleased at all.

Great property, super close walking distance to Monument circle. Area and hotel felt safe and secure. Loved the breakfast options and complementary drinks during the evening reception/social hour. Wonderful staff at check-in and dining. Room was comfortable and spacious. Fast elevators.

$44 daily parking fee, although they do provide in/out privileges. Garage was tricky to find at first and parking spaces were odd. Shower was low on shampoo and conditioner. Hot tub jets don’t work. The handle on the bedroom barn door separating the living area from the suite fell off whenever we opened and closed it from the inside.

The hotel room was very spacious and roomy. I liked snack and drink time. Hot tub was nice.

I was very disappointed and am still upset I left my high dollar trench coat/jackat and called right away, and of course no trace and also turned into that website I lost my stuff. This tells me a cleaning person or employee must have stolen it. It doesn’t just disappear like that, for this reason I won’t be back. We also went to use the sofa bed and it was down right nasty with all kinds of hair and food wrapped up in sheet and mattress. We just closed it back up.

pool area, breakfast,pillows, king bed, tv, mini fridge

elevator broken, dirty bathroom, expensive parking even for area, terrible coffee, pull out sofa had terrible mattress, had to ask for towels 2nd day, room was expensive for time of year and what it looked like, had no idea where and when to get the dinner reception drinks so we didn't use those coupons.
