The room was nice and clean

Paid for parking but very hard to find a spot, small garage. Very cold thru out the hotel, hallways, breakfast areas, etc. Pool is in bad location right by outside doors. It was cold outside so I understand that, but hallways and areas for relaxing and eating should be warmer.

There was hair all over the floor in bathroom. Used a washcloth to rub on floor and there was a handful of hair on the wash cloth.

Beautiful hotel, delicious breakfast, spacious room

Breakfast was delicious! The room size was the perfect size for our group of 5.

With a group that size you’ll always need more toilet tissue. We had to call for that and more towels. The tv was along a wall making it impossible to watch from the bed.

Staff very helpful, location perfect for the 5 days we stayed.

Nice double room overlooking the canal. Very close to IU Indy. Breakfast adequate, kitchenette very small with a hot plate, large microwave and fridge plus dishwasher. There seemed to be a shortage in the hotel if forks, only plastic in breakfast and none in our room.

The aircon was extremely loud in our room.

When we arrive, the room, wasn’t ready. We got our room by 3:36 PM. We booked 2 Queens bed, unfortunately they didn’t have room with those two beds. They switched to one king bad. Mattress was very hard not comfortable & breakfast very basic.

The pool water was dirty. Also they only clean the rooms every other day you have to ring them and ask them to clean the room every day if you want this done. Also it is about 15 min walk to the center of where everything is in Indy.

The stay was very nice , great location very clean room.

Very large spacious room. Full size kitchen. Very modern. Great place to stay for an extended time. It was very clean. The little store was nice . I wish there was a restaurant on the premises. It was nice that breakfast came with the room. Love that there was no carpet! Nice pool even though I did not use it.

I love staying here when in town doing things with my daughter who is a student at IUPUI.

The back patio is in need of consistent cleaning. Such a beautiful space, but neglected. The new valet parking system is not one that I enjoy with prepaying. If I choose or have to depart early nobody seemed to know how I would be reimbursed. I was daily pressured to pay in advance. The reception desk needs 2 people, many times there were no staff available to assist if you chose to get something from the coolers that are locked with drinks to purchase.

They were extremely kind!! A lady seen me struggling with my sleeping baby and trying to push my luggage, helping me get into the elevator and even offered to push my things to the car for me

Modern hotel in a decent area good for short stay.

I loved the cleanliness of the property. It’s a modern updated hotel despite it looking older on the outside. The room was extremely spacious and the staff were very kind and friendly. also loved the Starbucks in walking distance.

the pool area didn’t have much seating, but the pool was a nice size. I would have loved if they had a jacuzzi.
