Not pet friendly

The dog potty area wasn't suitable for use. I had to walk out of the property with a 10lb Boston Terrier, in a 2 degree weather, to take her potty. The room didn't have microwave.

Staff was great.

I thought the bedding was really odd. A matrass pad with dust ruffle between the top sheet and bed spread was interesting. Charging for parking is ridiculous.

All in all it was fine.

The location was perfect.

The room was not ready by the 3 pm check in time, however the front desk staff made it right and refunded our valet parking money as compensation.

Excellent room, but felt like a burden at breakfast.

The pool was great. And the size of the room was good.

The breakfast staff was rude and I felt like I was being rushed (at 9:15). She was huffing and puffing like we were all inconveniencing her. The room for breakfast was too small and it just didn’t seem like it was efficient.

The location is beautiful, we loved walking the canal! The room was great, very comfortable. The pool wasn’t huge but was perfect for what our family was looking for! The breakfast was phenomenal. Chorizo, tortillas, potatoes, kielbasa sausage, omelets, waffles, cereal, toast, muffins, bagels. The staff were super nice and helpful! Overall it was a great stay and we’ll stay there again if we’re in town!

Only complaint: parking is ridiculously expensive at the hotel, but if you don’t park there you get money back. We parked at the university (easier since it was in the summer). The room didn’t have any water cups (no big deal, probably just overlooked). The pool was a bit cloudy, but clean. The breakfast serving area was a bit crowded when we went down since it’s quite small. The staff do a good job directing the flow to work well, but there still gets quite a backup.

Lovely hotel right in downtown and near IUPUI. Friendly and helpful staff

The only option for parking is their garage and it is a $45 a night charge. Between that and the $75 pet fee, it cost more for my dog and to park than the initial cost of the room. There was no microwave in the room. The hotel layout is confusing and the elevators are not clearly labeled for floor access.

Everything was fine although the beds were not comfortable.

What I liked about the property it was nice and clean.

In the suite where you have to use the restroom and pull and slide the door real hard to close all the way.

The location is awesome with canal walk on the side.

The lobby is too far and confusing for Hampton guests to reach there for any eateries or oven use. The rooms don't have a microwave oven. That's a big miss in this Hampton

We traveled for Medical. The Hampton Staff was very informative. The outside Fire/Sitting Area was Beautiful. They offered snacks from 5-7 (we checked in too late to partake) Continental Breakfast and even checked in with us via text to make sure everything was satisfactory and if we needed anything.

It’s a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was nice to have in the morning

Our bed was made but the sheets were never changed. There was red stains and black hair on the bed when we were about to get in it. It was very gross.

Never again…

We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel was originally the Bethel AME Church. The original stain glass, chandeliers and wooden rails were from the original building built in the 1700’s.

We were charged mistakenly over $3k billed to our cards during our stay. No one appeared to know what, when, how or why. This caused us sooo much stress.
