it was so close to the convention Center. The facility was very clean and comfortable, Breakfast was wonderful with a lot of variety. Parking was right there and reasonable Amenities were great!

A great place to stay for our first time in Indianapolis.

Location and the ease of access to downtown attractions. The daily complimentary hot breakfast with excellent and diverse options. Additionally and vety important to me was the all day freshly ground coffee / cocoa was a huge plus. No need for bulky coffee makers taking up space in the suite, but if requested, the staff would provide an in room keurig. The King bed with couch pull-out suite had a perfectly sized kitchen space to serve the needs of our 2 night stay. We saved money by going to Kroger for simple items to get us through lunches, snack times, and light dinners which saved us money overall.

The added $25/day parking surcharge with limited spaces available directly outside the hotel. There was; however, a public parking ramp available around the corner and the parking pass handed out served as a permit to the ramp, but it would have been so nice to know there was always a spot for us while we were coming and going without having to mess around with the ramp.

Excellent stay, I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

The rooms were larger than the typical hotel rooms so that was very nice and everything was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was wonderful as well. We were right across the street from the Lucas Oil Stadium so that was also a huge plus.

The hot tub was not working so that could have been better, but it's not that big of a deal since we didn't have much free time to use it anyways

Excellent.

Very, very nice hotel directly across road from the Indianapolis Colts 'Oil' stadium. Easy walk to town centre bus and train links. I can find zero faults. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The buffet style breakfast is better than most restaurants would serve. Their is an on site mini shop which is very handy as indianapolis seems to have no town centre convience stores. Room has micro wave, fridge, large TV, excellent WiFi. Very impressed.

Great for Stadium Events

The location is ideal for events at Lucas Oil stadium or downtown Indianapolis. There were decent breakfast foods available and a well stocked convenience store. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and kept clean. We visited for the 2025 Drum Corps International competition and were able to easily get to the events, as well as getting a glimpse of the backstage activities outside of the stadium.

We requested a stadium facing room, which we got. We didn't realize how much traffic noise can be heard in the room. At times it seemed like the window was open even though it was closed.

Everything was really over expectations and GREAT, very happy with my choice and the price/quality is really unbeatable. The room was SUPER comfortable, the bed and the lines. Everything was really above expectations when booking this place.

that the gym was so closely located to the pool, it smelled a bit too much chlorine/bleach which was super annoying when running on the treadmill, also the air conditioning was super noisy, BUT I didn't say anything to the staff and I am sure that they would have solved the issue if I would have said something.

Hotel was nice. Clean, great staff and decent breakfast. Check in and out we're simple.

The noise. Our room was located near a busy intersection that was super loud all night. Different location in building might be better. This was in addition to the absolutely ridiculous neighbors in the next room. Small kids screaming till 1:00 on the morning. Then the whole room singing Happy Birthday at 7:00 am (followed by replaying the recording of their singing after), with the screaming and loud noise continuing till we checked out.

Very clean room and we actually had housekeeping unlike the hotel we paid twice the price for in another city. Walkable to downtown Indy and Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Breakfast was plentiful and free. Had coffee to go also.

Walls are thin so heard noisy neighbors. Bar across the alley was noisy until after midnight.

Bad experience

I had reserved a king bed room and paid for a king room, but when I got there they gave me a queen room and said they did not have to honor the request for a king since it came from Booking . Com. They would only honor it if I called them and booked directly, they were rude about it. And honestly, if this is how it works, I won’t use Booking. Com again if I cannot get the room I purchased. I was not offered any refund even though the queen room was cheaper.

Happy with the place, basic amd somewhat bland in some ways but friendly staff and convenient

Rooms and the indoors of the hotel in general felt a bit "artificial" - lack of personal, character touches that could Hobe made it feel a bit cozier and more homely. It's great to have a pool but opening time of 10am seems a bit late - I'd suggest 8am or even 7pm; would be nice to have a quick swim before heading out for the day or after a workout, especially in the summer.

Breakfast was delicious! Room was big and clean and comfy with great amenities. Enough towels and lotion and such. The gym was great and the pool was nice too, hot tub hot!!

Pool doesn't open until 10am. We had a clock in our room and the alarm went off at 6am, check those!

Street noise in our room was very loud. The windows were not insulated and the traffic in that area is pretty much constant all night so we did not sleep really soundly.
