okay, decent value

I kept accidently demagintizing my room key, so got locked out multiple times which was kind of annoying. Some of the amentities they advertise aren't availaale (i.e. Hot tub/whirlpool, luggage storage, etc.).

The rooms are a little run down, but decent and comfortable. The comp. breakfast was decent. The staff was really nice.

The only suggestion I have is to have 2 different meat options available at breakfast. There was only pork sausage patties available so maybe a turkey bacon or chicken sausage as alternative options.

Bad service.

The location is good, rooms are clean, and nice.

The people in front desk and the manager was horrible with me and they laid about how much they going to charge, I ask several times just to make sure the price was the same as booking reservation, because I had the price in my pre reservation. And at front desk the person in turn told me it was the correct amount and at the end of the they she charged 30 dollars more. And she tray to contact her manager but the manager scrim to me and at the and of the day she didn’t help me.

Decent stay overall and the staff was nice!

Breakfast was fine. I know hotel breakfast can only do so much. They did have a variety of foods to choose from so that was nice. I loved the location of the hotel though. You could walk to a lot of things.

I thought it could have been a little more clean in the room specifically the carpet area. Also, there was hardly any shampoo or body wash in the shower and the conditioner was completely empty.

The location to my event was great

My hotel room had trash in it & housekeeping came into my room when my door hanger was outside. When checking in someone stoled my phone & the staff tried to cover it up.

The location was great

The elevator buttons didn’t work. One of the elevators skipped the 2nd floor every time. You had to wait for the other elevator or take the stairs. The heater in the pool was broken so both the pool and hot tub were 60 degrees. Parts smelled like pot. Doors took a lot of trial and error to get them to work with key cards

Loved it and we are coming back in December!

We loved our stay for the most part. Next time, I will ask to not be the room right across from the elevator. It was quite loud when people were returning to their room from the birthday party. Glad they had a good time though! The employees were outstanding! Shanell was a pure pleasure and our room was very clean, large and comfortable. We appreciated that they had turned the air conditioner on for us so it was comfortable when we arrived. Perfect walking distance to Victory Field, and we also loved the bar and grill next door. We got back too late for food at the hotel and the food at the grill was good. Also, the parking is FANTASTIC!

The light that turns on automatically when heading to the bathroom was a shock. Maybe use a nightlight instead so it doesn't wake up the room. The homeless man outside was very aggressive and rude.

Close to all events downtown and easy to get to and from events. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Floors were not very clean and the sofa in the room needs thrown away or seriously deep cleaned. But overall the place was very nice.

It’s good to see Hoilday Inn keeping up with its good reputation.

This place is at the perfect spot. Right across the street to the Lucas Oil Stadium events. The manager was very nice, gave us water after my 18 minute walk from my terrible Airbnb stay at the Block Apartment on 113 Market Street room 611, I’ve booked thur booking.com. Mrs. Destiny from customer service was also very nice and helpful.

The room is very nice and the beds are comfortable. I had an early flight to get to. The breakfast didn’t open on time. (6:00am) Had to skip breakfast but was able to at least grab a cup of coffee.

One night in Indy.

Int own to watch a band at the Slippery Noodle and the Holiday Inn was perfect location. Right in the shadow of Lucas Oil Stadium. Staff was courteous, room was clean, and the bed was comfy. Nice little hotel close to just about everything in Downtown Indy.

The extra parking fee, breakfast not included, restaurant area appeared dirty. Only working ice machine on sixth floor. The spa was out of order. We were given a handicap accessible room, was not requested, poor lighting in room.

Close to the venue we came for

Hot tub didn’t work at all, pool was ice cold. Found drug paraphernalia underneath the bed in our room and the only thing the manager did was “comp our $25 a day parking” i chose this hotel specifically for the hot tub and pool and the location. The cleaners do the absolute bare minimum and the management could care less. Will never go back.

Toilet dirt and broken tiles, carpet dirty, hallway pantry had stains of blood, scary met a gunmen in the lift wearing a musk to disguise bad experience, red stains in the tub, behind the very dirty behind the toilet seat, dark hallway no lights they repaired after complaints, the reception double charged us by mistake, I had prepaid but they charged money from our card yet they said they would take the 20 dollars for deposit only

Nothing. It was nothing what the listing stated. I want a full refund. If it wasn't for the fact that we had no where else to stay that night we would have left.

The listing was false. I was charged more than I had booked for. The listing didn't state that parking was not included and that was another charge, the listing stated there would be free breakfast, but that wasn't true and was another charge. The room was dirty and smelled. The elevator smelled like marijuana. There was debris all over the floor and the shower was filthy. The listing didn't state that this was located in unsafe area as there was a shooting and other crimes directly across the street. Again. I want a full refund
