Great stay

The staff was so nice. The complimentary breakfast was nice and we loved the waffle maker. Our room was clean and comfortable.

My only complaint, which was no big deal, was the shower smelt musty. Everything was super clean so I could not pin point where it was coming from.

Not like a Marriott.

I was attending the exhibition, and the location was perfect to reach the convention centre. Also, the downtown and most of the fine restaurants are within walking distance.

Probably because of the Marriott name, I would expect higher service, but I do not understand the cost savings from plastic cutlery at breakfast. There was lousy hand soap, housekeeping was only every 2 days, and no option was offered at check-in. There are minimal shopping options at the market near the lobby. The hotel's price is not compatible with these savings practices.

I would say this hotel stay was mostly positive and would likely stay again.

Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful, especially with figuring out alternative breakfast options since the hotel breakfast started too late for us the first morning . Check-in was quick and easy. Room was clean and mostly what I expected for the price. Location was excellent for the event we were attending at Lucas Oil Stadium.

I knew that the beds were full sized when I booked the room but full size beds are not really acceptable at this price point, especially when booking for more than 2 people in a room. That size bed shouldn't even be offered on the website when booking for 3-4 occupants. I also have to say that the mattresses need to be replaced (at least in the room we stayed in, 214). They were lumpy and definitely had an indentation in the middle of them from lots of use, which is not ideal when 2 adults have to share the bed. Breakfast starting at 7am was useless to us the first morning because we had to be at an event at 8am. Even 6:30am would be a better start time for breakfast. I have to imagine that there are many other people who would like to be able to grab breakfast and get out early, so I would encourage the hotel to consider this time change suggestion for the future. Parking should be included in the price when staying at this hotel. $200/night (including the taxes, etc.) is on the expensive side for this particular hotel and that price should include the parking. On the subject of parking, entering the ramp with our room card was unsuccessful after check-in. I ended up needing to take a ticket from the machine the gain access and got it validated at the front desk. Exiting with that ticket was no problem.

Decent hotel near stadium; hard beds and small room

It was within walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium. The air conditioning was good. The room was clean. The staff were very helpful and nice.

The beds were too hard. Not comfortable. We had a standard room with double beds, and the room was smaller than expected. The suites might be nicer.

Lots of extra charges on my bill for a 2 day stay. My original price on booking was $342 for 2 nights. The hotel billed me another $140 for various nonsense fees and taxes. I had NO incidental charges.

The bed was very creaky and loud, but comfy. The water in the sink faucet in the bathroom was scolding hot and no cold water would come out.

Great location, clean room nice hotel. Just need to hire a few more people.

I loved how close it was to the stadium, it was so nice to leave the ball game and walk across the street. The bed was super comfortable, everything seemed clean in the room.

It appeared they were very understaffed, the dining area was a disaster, there was no coffee in the carafe and the front desk man had to leave his post to take care of coffee. Even with two carafes, they couldn’t keep up. There was no one cleaning or busing tables.

Affordable hotel very close to the State House and the Convention Center

Good value for money, central location, clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. Parking was easy in the underground garage. Nothing fancy, but overall it’s a nice hotel for affordable price.

My room overlooked the wall of the neighboring hotel and the noise of the air vent outside was quite loud.

Clean and quiet stay

Clean and quiet. The availability of an indoor parking lot with in/out privileges was huge as we were in town for IUI graduation and were in and out quite often. Great location as well. I would stay here again.

Has so much potential to be a really solid stay, but its lacking details and upkeep.

The location is great, lobby and hallways were clean, staff was excellent. I wish we could say the rest was as great as the staff. Overall much cheaper than nearby hotels.

Overall the place was livable and sleepable, but comfort and details were completely lacking, the sheets hardly fit over the top of the mattress so as soon as you sat on the bed the fitted sheet would pull off a corner, my wife and i tried our best to pull it over, it was late by the time we realized the issue so we decided to wait till the next day, then the TV was not set up, when we got in late from our dinner plans the TV was next to useless, I'm a tech guy so i had to move the TV and phyiscally reboot the box they use, then the tv worked but the remote was painfully slow, buttons had to be pressed extrememly hard to work. The AC worked but, there was alot of humidity, made the room clammy and hard to sleep. We left for our event, when we came back we had no room service. Again the night was late we dealt with it and went home early the next morning tired and slightly uncomfortable.

Friendly, Comfortable Stay Downtown

Room and bathroom were clean and well-supplied. Good TV options, tech plug ins and storage. Breakfast had plenty of hot and cold choices and was delicious. Fitness room has good equipment. Hotel is accessible to many sites and attractions downtown.

The bed was too firm. The fitness room is nicely equipped but didn't have sanitizing supplies.

Hotel is in a great location and has great staff but there are some things to improve on for price.

The staff was very very nice and the hotel parking was nice that they provided a parking garage.

The pull out sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and had stains, the lotion in our bathroom that is on the sink had been opened and used before we touched it, the a/c was terrible and could not cool the room, the space in the room once the sofa bed was pulled out was very limited blocking acess to the door and bathroom, and the breakfast was some of the worst we have had in our travels and did not even offer toast.

Hotel was clean and nice. Short walk to TCU Amphitheater made it a great location.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Front desk clerk was the only staff we interacted with during our stay but they were friendly and helpful. We were attending a concert at TCU Amphitheater and appreciated being able to walk to the event.

When we went to leave, our room key would not work at the parking garage to let us out. It said invalid credentials or not enabled. So we had to call to have them let us out. Also finding the self parking and knowing that you had to go there was a bit confusing.
