I was happy up until check out and my girlfriend experienced 6 red rashes in her right breast. They appear to be bed bug bites, but when I pulled the sheets back and checked the mattress, I did not locate any bed bugs nor bed bug remnants. I’m upset about that, but don’t want to through the hotel under the bus without certainty that the issue came from that bed.

The main problem was Expedia. To start I did the booking at 6 PM and I had put the correct date but when I press continue, your system automatically gave me the next day booked. When I showed up to the hotel since it was done through a third-party, I had to go back through Expedia chat service to be able to change the reservation. It took over an hour and a half to change the date. Then as well on Expedia, you guys advertise two queen beds when we went inside the room they were two twin beds. We went down to the bottom of the hotel room and they explained to us that Expedia has the information wrong and that they don’t have two queen beds. They only have two twin beds. The hotel itself was nice and the staff was great, but the problem was Expedia booking platform customer service platform, and false information provide provided.
