Met expectations and hotel felt a part of a larger complex.

Clean room and facilities. Nice exercise room. Great location near the Indianapolis zoo, NCAA headquarters, and convention center. Felt like a safe neighborhood. Integrated by skyway with JW Marriott and Convention Center. Shares building with Courtyard Marriott.

Confusion over when breakfast ended (flyer said 10 am, but staff closed breakfast at 9:30 am). Having two check-in desks within the same building (one for Courtyard, another for SpringHill) seemed somewhat redundant. A little removed walking-wise from the densest dining options in downtown. Overnight parking was $35.

We very much enjoyed our stay, the skywalk getting us to stadium without going outside was great!

Plenty of parking room. Breakfast was amazing, I loved the choices provided it was good for adults and kids alike.

When l make my reservation it was for twin beds. Then after that I called to make sure I had a handicap room which they changed my reservation to a handicap. Then went l checked in we only had one bed and I called the front desk they told me handicap comes with one bed and sold out for me to change. I don’t know what handicap laws or rules are in lndiana but no grap bars in bathroom or shower. Very important for me at 82 years old. The only thing handicap for me it was close to the elevator. The bars to me are more helpful. It wouldn’t cost you that much to but bars in the bathroom and shower to help older guests.

The location was perfect for our short visit on our way to our destination. Cleanliness could definitely be better.

The location was perfect for what we were there for! Walking distance to the Indianapolis Zoo, Lucas Oil Stadium, Victory Field and the NCAA headquarters.

The beds were not the most comfortable. The carpet really needs a deep clean, there was something sticky in a few different spots on the carpet and the bottom of our feet showed just how dirty it was. The shower curtain was dirty in a few different spots. The toilet in a separate room from the shower is kind of odd! I should have done better research on if there was a pool instead of assuming every hotel had one:)

Beds were nice,

It was very close to the zoo and white river state park. This was about the only things that was really good about this hotel.

There was no ice on our side of the hotel. We had to go to the complete other side. I spent a lot of money to stay one night and had to walk forever to get ice. We had four people, we had to fill the ice bucket multiple times. The ice machine in our hotel was a 10 second walk from our room. When asked the front desk about the ice, they said this side of the hotel didn't have any ice at all. Very disappointed in this. Why didn't they tell us this when we checked into the hotel!!
