Great lobby and lounge. Nice bar and good food.
Rooms a little tired.

This will be the place we stay each and every year when we visit. This place was incredible. The staff was beyond helpful. Eric at the front desk, Dwight was fantastic as well, and everyone else. I loved the dress code. It was a nice change of pace to what you usually see at other hotels.
Nothing.

Staff was incredible and so accommodating. Loved location. Large room. Two chairs. Most hotel rooms only have one. Gorgeous public rooms. Highly recommend this as best location in Indy.
We should have asked for accessibility room as the toilet was a little low. My fault though.

Very old and unique hotel on the circle. A walk back in history. Very clean and the staff is exceptional. Our favorite hotel in the Indianapolis area.
Nothing

The cost of the property wasn’t equitable to the service. The room was aged, very well worn. My room was next to a parking garage that was brightly lit 24/7 and curtains never blacked out the lights.
Renovating the rooms or lowering the cost 50%.

Great location, valet was friendly and well staffed, everything was clean and quiet.
My husband could not get comfortable in the bed, it was very firm and felt like an older spring mattress

It’s an absolutely beautiful historical property. Well maintained in the center of everything.
It is lacking a few modern amenities. A mini fridge, microwave would go a long way in improving the stay with all of the restaurants in the area

Price of $2.11 was far below the quality of the room.
Booking.com should have provided me a price agreed to by the Columbia Club

I was a little skeptical at first. But I really liked this place. My room was comfortable, had a nice bathroom, water was hot, and there was an AC unit attached to the window that worked flawlessly. It was nice having to dress a little bit up walking around the hotel, but what I found is that I wanted to wear nice clothes in a hotel as nice as this. The staff was a kind, too. PERFECT LOCATION. This was an experience back in time! And my room had no issues. I plan on staying again. Thanks CC!
The dress code rules and eating policy are a little hard to understand. But it was cleared up once I arrived and talk to staff.

Location and it was quiet
Smell, our room was bright from the garage light we had no curtain in the bedroom. No refrigerator.

The lobby was nice and the location is good.
The rooms are extremely dated. I had a mobile air conditioning unit in my room because the room one was broken. It was extremely noisy as you can imagine. The shower was either boiling hot or just hot. You could adjust the temperature enough that you can use the shower. The hotel has no facility for breakfast.

Good location for the convention centre, however, the rooms were old not good.
The rooms were not in good condition and the reception staff were not listening to our request.

The location and the dining room are both fantastic!
Not a single thing!

The location, restaurant, and staff are awesome and they always make us feel welcome and appreciated us staying there.
We wish that they served breakfast. That’s only thing if they could add it, otherwise they wouldn’t need to change anything.

Perfect location. Woodwork was amazing. I felt like I was at the Continental from John Wick. Extremely clean.
Valet was great.
Advertised price was $202. Price at check-in was $243. Price at checkout was $348. You have to be a "member" to access their advertised facilities and food. The room was nice, but tiny. The bed was motel level of comfort. The TV channels and room amenities were from the 90's. I didn't see anyone else there after 10pm. Felt like I was the only person there, kinda weird. The shower head was garbage and the water took several minutes to get hot. How many decent shower heads can you buy with $348?? The maid aggressively knocked on my door every hour-ish starting at 8am asking in another language when I'm checking out. Checkout was at noon.

The Columbia Club is a very unique, historic building that was very neat to see. The location is exceptional as well.
The rooms themselves are very small and outdated. The bed was not very comfortable either.

Location was very nice. Outside valet and bell staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful at all times.
There was no indication that I would not receive any type of housekeeping service during my stay. I feel like there should have been minimal housekeeping offered for a three night stay.

Cockroaches in the room. The staff were nasty to us. Charged me over $100 of extra fees.

THe location, the building, the staff, the architecture, the bar/restaurant all excellent. Loved the "clubby" feel and the lobby is just spectacular. Very convenient valet parking as well. Thank you
Room was ok .. very comfortable and felt safe. Decor is dated, no refrigerator, TV very small for today's standards. There was an ice bucket but plastic cups. Glassware would be nice .. also .. where do you get the ice?? Nothing on the phone to suggest who to ask .. no instructions in the room.

When you walk into this location, it takes you back about a century. The woodwork, fireplace, and all the intricate details are absolutely beautiful on the first floor!
The beauty and greatness of the location stops on the first floor. The elevator took us up, and I was expecting to see the same type of excellence, and I did not receive that. The rooms were very dusty, outdated, and bare, minimum inside of the room. The hot water only worked for approximately five minutes and then it was done. There was dirt/dust all over the place!

location is definitely amazing
1. I booked King Deluxe room initially. Upon arrival it was not cleaned. I got similar, which turned out to be a downgrade to a smaller size room.
2. booking said “City view” for a deluxe room, yet neither of the two I’ve seen have had a city view. Misleading labeling and advertising.
3. Staff is rude and unless you are a club member, make you feel like you are not welcome

Location is spot on and in the Heart of Indy. The staff was super kind. The pregame breakfast was phenomenal!!
Well it says parking available but didn’t say it was $40 bucks a day to park. Which after all the little fees here and there the “deal” I thought I was getting turned out to cost me more than other hotels in the area.

The entire staff was very courteous, sympathetic and helpful.
The rooms are seriously outdated and ugly. No USB ports, The pictures above the beds are creepy Gargoyles. The window was very drafty letting cold air in. There was no way to adjust the temp. in the room, had to have a space heater brought in. The mattresses need to be replaced. The new key system stopped working twice and I had to go and get new keys. But, The absolute Worst was not having Hot Water. I had to be transferred from the first room I was assigned because of this (and the awful beds) only to go to another room where the water still wasn't very hot.

the hotel is very nice and the rooms are quite comfortable and spacious
it’s directly on the circle, I wouldn’t suggest driving, due to no parking.
