All staff were extremely accommodating. They assisted happily with luggage. They accommodated all requests. Husband uses a walker and they accommodated those needs well both in the room (fantastic accessible shower) and in the hotel in general with accessible access to all floors. The restaurant which is not part of the hotel per se was a very nice experience architecturally and gastronomically. We would recommend for sure. Next time would like to stay longer!!

The staff was polite and kind, welcoming and helpful. The room is modern. I tried the massage at the SPA and it was great, came back for a second massage because of how good it was.
The room temperature is really hard to control (too hot, had to open the window but then there was light coming in during the night). The room I was faced the courtyard, so there was noise, specially at night. My suggestion would be to move the sitting are from outside away from the rooms window as it can get very noisy and uncomfortable.
The room service doesn’t have many options, would expect more given the hotel rating.
