It was lovely. But overpriced. The continental buffet was overpriced, but decent. The desk folk were lovely.

Fantastic

All staff were extremely accommodating. They assisted happily with luggage. They accommodated all requests. Husband uses a walker and they accommodated those needs well both in the room (fantastic accessible shower) and in the hotel in general with accessible access to all floors. The restaurant which is not part of the hotel per se was a very nice experience architecturally and gastronomically. We would recommend for sure. Next time would like to stay longer!!

The staff is very basic: the welcoming of voituriers was very kind and warn, after that just the strict necessary! And don’t except a nice breakfast: very basic.

Wonderful hotel with stunning rooms, within in short walking distance on the center of town and still in a very quiet location. Staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant which is part of the hotel complex is fantastic!

The "large" breakfast is a little limited, which for such a nice hotel is a bit disappointing.

48 hours in Strasbourg

We booked the superior room, and the room was quite large. Breakfast was really good with a big buffet and lots of options including vegetarian (not vegan though). The spa area is beautiful. From thre hotel, it's easy to reach Petit France in walking distance as well as lots of restaurants.

The concept of only being allowed for 1 hour in the spa is really weird. The bathroom had one sliding door, there wasn't another door to close the toilette.

Amazing architecture and beautiful environment. Super comfortable stay.

I didn’t understand the 1 h spa allowance per night it wasn’t enough time to enjoy the facilities without rush and it didn’t really make that much sense maybe in times when the hotel is more busy yes to spread out/regulate how many people are in the spa. I thought then it would be private 1 h if I had to reserve that and was limited to just that but there were other guests in there. Some clearly just went freely not knowing about any 1 h spa reservation. Which I think should be the case that guests should be able to use it at all times. It was definitely one of the reasons why I booked that hotel as I wanted to relax after whole day on the road.

Fantastic stay with teenage family.

Wonderful location and very professional service minded staff. Good breakfast, comfortable beds, quiet rooms, easy to control temperature (AC), gym facilities and pool access. Near Petit France and the Haras Restaurant.

Tricky entrance with car, larger sign to mark the entrance and a bit wider gates would improve that.

Great relaxing escapade in the center of Strasbourg.

Hotel was great overall. Staff was friendly and even thinking about taking care of our Dog. Breakfast was nice, offering a broad selection of food. Loved the building and the interior design. Swimming pool is big enough to allow to swim.

Would have loved for our suit to be located in the main building. this being said it's a small details as the other building is still pleasant. Having to book for accessing the spa facility and being able to only stay one hour is restrictive when you are on holiday and do not want to plan too much

Spectacularly beautiful property, well located in relation to the city. Lovely spacious rooms, great spa area and incredibly helpful staff.

It’s a little pricey, when all is added up. With that said, it’s a beautiful place so would say it still provides value for money.

It's a very nice and comfortable stay

It was our anniversary and we decided to stay in Strasbourg in this hotel. And it was the right decision! We liked everything - the beauty of the hotel, a nice design, location close to the city center and at the same time it's quite inside the hotel and you can enjoy your time there and listen to birds singing and church bells. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved the spa area - very nice. We got a welcome drink on arrival. And for our request we got a really nice room with a beautiful view inside the hotel. Thank you for our pleasant stay. We would love to come back and stay again at this hotel.

We would recommend the hotel to check the shower and see what can be improved so water does not come out to the bathroom while taking a shower.

Fine for a very short stay

The staff was polite and kind, welcoming and helpful. The room is modern. I tried the massage at the SPA and it was great, came back for a second massage because of how good it was.

The room temperature is really hard to control (too hot, had to open the window but then there was light coming in during the night). The room I was faced the courtyard, so there was noise, specially at night. My suggestion would be to move the sitting are from outside away from the rooms window as it can get very noisy and uncomfortable. The room service doesn’t have many options, would expect more given the hotel rating.

worth a visit, and most likely a return visit…

staff were friendly. pool and wellness area was good. gym was good. breakfast was tasty and varied. stayed in a junior sweet which was beautiful with exposed wooden beams. restaurant (which is a separate entity) is excellent. courtyard area is inviting.
