Great quiet location with a very friendly & helpful staff.

Secure building, with an elevator. Just a three minute walk from a tram stop, and a seven minute walk to the center of the old town. Room was small, but comfortable with tea/coffee and a kettle. Bed was great, and could control the heat in the room a plus.

Perfect location, near the historic centre, close to two public parkings. Good staffs, nice breakfast and fast wifi.

The room we stayed was not very well ventilated - though it had AC but it became quite warm, we had to open the window.

Great location!

Picturesque hotel conveniently located on the edge of the old part of Strasbourg, five minutes walk away. Our room was smallish, due in part to the addition of a small bathroom, these buildings being centuries old... perfectly adequate though. Some traffic noise as part of the street below was cobbled…. option to keep windows closed which minimised traffic noise, and use AC, bed was very comfortable. Elevator installed. Charming restaurant, which we ate in on our first night, excellent quality and service. Perfectly adequate breakfast in separate breakfast room. Secure parking available some 5 mins walk away, although at Euro 21 per night we thought this was a bit pricey, however this is outside of the hotel’s control.

The staff was great! Breakfast spread was pretty good and the room was a great space. Kids had a great time at the pool.

Reception said kids were free at breakfast but then we got charged. We resolved it though.

It advertises itself as having a pool. This is technically not a lie. However, to be able to do laps in this pool, I would need to to be roughly the size of a rabbit.

Perfect location, decent hotel, good value for money

The hotel is wonderfully located to explore Alsace and the staff were all friendly. Our room was a good size and comfortable enough. Check in and the key for the external door was very easy

The breakfast was a little expensive for the quality, and the shower had lost its seal so leaked over the bathroom floor. The room had run out of soap in the dispensers (I am sure this would have been fixed had we asked).

Perfect stay :)

Very central just waking distance the the main area. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We were able to use the Spa area for a hour which was nice. The aircon in the room made for very comfortable sleeping. Thank you for having us :)

Not worth your money

The location was great (virtually steps aways from the main square).

Value for money, room not very clean, the spa that was advertised (and had to be paid additionally!!!) was virtually non-existent (only the infrared sauna was working, the water in the jacuzzi was cold and the steam room was closed. Also staff was not very friendly and too slow.

the shower didn‘t work. Even we have announced it on the first evening of our staying - no one came to fix it or offer us another option for a shower.

The bed had only one blanket, so we asked for a second one, there was none that is usually used in a bed, we got one without linen, that was wired! You'll have to pay extra for sauna and pool, which we couldn't use as the available number of places had been reached. Place is still good though!
