Wonderful location!
The location was fantastic to attend the Christmas Markets. The breakfast was good and staff were nice. The cookies were a nice treat!
Elevator wasn’t working when we left, so we carried our suitcases down several flights.

Was not related to the hotel, when were moving from the train station to the hotel, because of the road closed, the taxi driver drop off us in the farest check point and we have to walk about 1/2 hour with all our luggage and under the rain.

The hotel was in a brilliant location. Room was a good size bed very comfortable and shower good. The breakfast was lovely. Fantastic choice for everyone. Staff friendly and helpful with 24 hour reception.
one small thing, could do with extra towel rail in bathroom.
