Location was nice, as it was a few minutes away by walk from the Norte Dame and the surrounding old town.

Location
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel a few days ago. While the main lobby entrance itself was acceptable, there was a very strong and unpleasant odor throughout the lobby area, which appeared to be coming from the restaurant. The smell was overwhelming—similar to strong cheese or worn shoes—and made it extremely uncomfortable to spend any time in the lobby. The suite we booked for four people was far below expectations. It consisted of one king-size bed and a very small sofa bed that could barely accommodate two people. The overall room size was smaller than standard, including the bathroom facilities, which were poorly designed and awkwardly divided. The bathtub and standing shower were located in the master room, while the toilet and sink were placed in a separate room with no mirror. Additionally, the toilet flush did not function properly. The hotel, in general, appears very old and in urgent need of renovation. The room was not clean, particularly the carpet, which was extremely dirty and unpleasant. The wallpaper was worn, and the WC area—especially the water closet—had visible cracks. Overall, the rooms seem to require complete restructuring and refurbishment. Due to these issues, my stay was far from comfortable and did not meet reasonable standards or expectations. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider making the necessary improvements.

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely bathroom supplies and really comfortable bed. We ate in the bistro which was good and the bar was open until 1am-great for a nightcap.

Parking was a problem, not free. I was informed that there would be a discount, there wasn’t a discount. Shower becomes extreme hot for 2 seconds every 10 seconds. Rooms were small.
