Only the location and the staff.

The hotel is not clean at all. The bathroom as cover in mold, one of the rooms had hair in the bed.

Comfortable Stay

Located right in front of train station, only 10 minutes walk to nearest Xmas Market. There are coffee shops and stores near the hotel. Staffs are very nice and accommodating

Fantastic overnight option for rail travellers

Brilliant location for getting from train station and into the town. Staff very nice and helpful. Super-comfy bed and good breakfast. Great place for one or two nights.

There was nothing I disliked but I noticed that there were only bath towels provided, no hand towels and the bathroom felt a little old. However everything worked well.

Average place to stay but great location

The location

No on site parking and not much space to park out the front to drop off your bags before you then have to drive to the closest public car park. $15 euro which wasn’t too bad. The room was unclean, no hand towels.

Sleep and go , it’s enough

It’s practical and close the heart of the city.

Additional sofa/bed was awful , not comfortable at all. Shower head was not fit to be able to shower without making bathroom pool.

Staff using very unprofessional profanities towards me, one staff member in particular even after she finished work she stayed to tell me “I am a problem”. There’s a level of professionalism I expected, didn’t recieve it.

Very poor

Location was convenient, though getting to the parking was not. There were so many other hotels nearby to choose from, so I'd pick those.

This hotel looked nothing like the photos on Booking. This is the first time that has happened to us and we use Booking quite a lot in different locations. Very disappointing for the money compared to other hotels. It was old and dingy. Nothing in the room-- no fridge, no coffee machine; the "hair dryer" was inadequate. AC worked for the most part, though it was noisy. We travelled with friends who stayed in a two-person room. Their shower leaked and soaked the entire floor. The best thing I can say is that one morning we got an excellent cappuccino at the bar by the young woman working (though the next morning we had a different person and the cappuccino was terrible). The man working was very nice and gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants. Based on this experience, I will NEVER stay at an Ibis again. Just not worth it.

The hotel and the town offered us a beautiful recollection of Alcasian experience.

The room was very comfortable, silent and bright. The reasonably priced breakfast was quite good with an exceptional tea collection and open buffet serving to all sort of tastes. The hotel had a wonderful location for accessing the train, tram and it was about 5 minutes walk away from the city centre. We could also rent bikes in the central station which was very convenient. Colorful furnishing of the lobby, the restaurant and the reception was very welcoming. There was a spring water dispenser in the lobby providing free drinking water. Our room did not have a safe box but the staff provided us with one located in their back office. We would be happy to extend our thanks to all the staff who were always warm and welcoming. We owe a special gratitude to Madame Patricia whose help made our 4 day stay a wonderful experience in Strasbourg.

The staff did everything to make our trip comfortable and there is hardly anything that we could complain about the hotel and its operation.
