An enjoyable and comfortable stay in Strasbourg
The room had very good soundproofing from the streets outside. The location was close to all the main sights of the city and just three tram stops to the central station. The breakfast was great, with lots of healthy options and fresh food.

Great hotel in old town Strasbourg.
Perhaps the friendliest and most accommodating staff we’ve encountered on our travels. Emma, Sara, and Mathieu were particularly notable. Great location in the old city area of Strasbourg, about a five minute walk from the cathedral. Particularly good for access to the Christmas Markets (which was our reason for being there). Clean, comfortable room, if a bit on the small side.

A little cute hotel located in the centre of Strasbourg. The staff were definitely the best part of the hotel- so welcoming and helpful!
There is no lift to access the 5th floor which is the attic rooms.

HORRIBLE
Front staff charged one of my clients 4 times for breakfast that was included in the rate---Charged several others also. Then, continued to argue with me when it was pointed out. Slow check in....breakfast was horrible.

The location was perfect, a very helpful staff (particularly Sara and Julia), excellent breakfast, clean and a large bathroom / bedroom made our stay most enjoyable!

A splendid tine in Strasbourg
This hotel was located a block from Gutenberg Square and provided many opportunities to explore Strasbourg.
Room was small. Perhaps we are too accustomed to hotel room sizes in the USA.
