Overall nice stay.

The location was fantastic!

The value of what we paid for the quality of the room was not great . For the value paid the room should have been a signature level room . Gum was too small , old équipement , one mat, one free weights - needs to be improved

Fabulous

This is the ideal location if you're visiting the Christmas markets. The staff is fantastic. It is dreadfully painful to find it due to the streets being blocked off during the Christmas market time. You need to call ahead and make sure you understand how to get here because you will get lost. Once you arrive - it is all perfect!!!

The hotel is awesome.The staff is very helpful.My baby stroller broke and the staff at the front desk, as well as the bellman helped me find a new store in which to buy a new stroller.They even offered to lend me while I bought a new excellent hotel with a very helpful staff

Comfortable stay during Christmas

We stayed here during the Christmas markets and had a wonderful time. The hotel is located in Petite France (steps away from a Christmas market) and a very easy walk into the main area near the Cathedral. The staff was helpful and friendly, and our room was spacious. Loved our stay!

An absolutely prime, unbeatable location

Location of this hotel is outstanding! So close to the old city with plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. Especially we would like to appreciate the personnel, ladies at the reception and the guy who parked our car, your service and politeness is making a huge difference! thank you

There isn’t much to improve, as the hotel is truly lovely. Since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, it would have been a nice touch to receive a simple greeting card from the hotel. Nothing more — just a small gesture that would have made our stay feel perfect.

The photos of our room were a bit misleading regarding the extra bed for an adult, which was ultimately nothing more than an armchair that turned into a bed, with all that this entails, e.g. a narrow bed and an unsatisfactory mattress.

The street outside was quite noisy, especially at night. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind. Second, I had an unexpected problem with room service. I placed an order through the hotel’s app, received a confirmation, and went to bed assuming everything was taken care of. The next morning, nothing had been delivered. When I inquired at the front desk on my way out for the day, they immediately knew who I was and explained that the order had been sent to room 111 instead of my room, 110 due to a typo that I entered in the app (1 digit off and the room next door) While I understand that mistakes can happen, they apparently don’t. I was required to enter my full name, phone number, and email when placing the order, and the hotel made no attempt to contact me to resolve the issue—even though they clearly had all my information. I was also told that because I had placed the order, I would either need to return to my room immediately for a redelivery or cancel but I would be charged regardless because I made the mistake, not them. This reaction was especially disappointing considering the hotel emphasizes that they are “at guests’ disposal” for anything needed, and sent several emails boasting their level of service they provide. It’s surprising that they could reach out proactively for marketing and guest support, but not even make the smallest effort to try to contact me about a problem with my breakfast order.

Good 2 day escape with the family

1. The hotel building and the views were fascinating. 2. It is in the heart of all attractions, promixity is a great advantage. 3. Hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly, smiling and addressing all needs immediately.

1. Breakfast buffet needs to be improved for this boutique 5 star. There needs to be more choices for international travellers. 2. I was not pleased to see people with bathroom robes at breakfast while eating with your family, even in a spa hotel.

A place to return to

Absolutely everything! The stuff were wonderful, location could not be better, the room was spotless clean, room size was specious and the interior lovely. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of foods, fresh and high quality. Our room had a very nice size balcony with exceptional views of one of the canals.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable, wonderful dinner with excellent service and an excellent breakfast.

The bed was very comfortable! The staff was welcoming and easy to communicate with.

The hairdryer was behind a mirror in the bathroom and was only labeled in a small way which we did not see. We went to dinner with wet hair.

Clean ,friendly, great location, fantastic!

We had a spacious room full of character and a good view. The room included a staircase (but steep though!) up to a separate bed for our daughter. The hotel’s breakfast was excellent, everywhere was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The only thing we didn’t like was the shower in our room as it was just a shower head in the bath. Women need to stand up in the shower to wash their hair!!

Pampered in La Petite France.

Location was great. Parking options available but a bit pricey. Nice spa and service menu. Wonderful breakfast with wait staff that took orders for eggs, coffee. Room was a nice size and very comfortable. Bottled water provided daily.

Everything. It felt like 5 star ultra luxurious hotel. Staff facility and especially the location was awesome. Close to everywhere and its restaurants cannal view was awesome. Have a bottle of wine in the evening in that restaurant is the must.

Wonderful hotel in a great location.

The hotel is in a great location in a charming section, right on the canal. Our room overlooked a lock. The outdoor dining area was lovely and next to the water. It was an easy walk to the sights in the old town. The staff was amazing. Breakfast was wonderful.

Utterly fabulous thanks to Fatya

Fatya completely made our stay. We have never experienced such genuine warmth and kindness. Our daughter Olive has autism and completely 'imprinted' on Fatya who was utterly delightful with her, letting Olive 'help' her with her work and showing her around the hotel. Every time we returned back to the hotel, Fatya would give Olive a big hug and ask her what she'd been up to and they are now lifelong friends! Our daughter cried all the way home - she was devastated to leave. The staff at this hotel are second to none, it made our entire weekend so memorable and the attention to detail is phenomenal.

The very corporate looking outside of the hotel which is a shame because it is in such a beautiful location and the team who run it are so wonderful.

Charming Stay in the Center of Strasbourg

Lovely hotel in a great central location. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s a 10-12 minute walk from the Strasbourg train station. It was flat and doable with luggage and easy to find this hotel. The staff can hold your luggage while you explore. The hotel has a fridge and the room is comfortable.

Late check in. I wish it was 2pm instead of 4pm. We were very tired and wanted to take a nap after waking up early to catch the train to get here. They said our room wasn’t ready to check in early but they were allowing other guests to check in early.

Highly recommend for ideal location, wonderful staff & extremely comfortable rooms with great views

The staff, amenities and well appointed rooms were second to none. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the staff to be exceedingly friendly and knowledgeable. Communication was excellent during booking process and our stay. Hotel is beautiful and the views are unsurpassed. Very comfortable beds & high end toiletries and linens. Fantastic stay.
