We had a splendid time in Strasbourg.

Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Spa visit was nice. Breakfast was superb. The location is great, very close to everything you'd want to see in the old town.

The room thermostats max setting was 24 which somehow felt a bit cold, would have been great if you could set it higher, but nothing I'd call reception about.

Fantastic short break with spa and massages

It was superb and made a fantastic break in this lovely city. Above all I loved the spa - and the most fantastic massage treatments. The staff generally were great and the breakfast was fantastic. Apart from breakfast the hotel doesn’t serve food but there are heaps of great restaurants all around so it was better not having to eat in a hotel dining room. Would definitely stay again - for the spa and massages.

10/10! Amazing location, the best location in the city actually. Awesome staff, super friendly, very helpfull and there for whatever u need anytime. Room was just perfect, with a perfect view and very comfortable. The perfect "Petite France" experience. Looking forward to staying again in this hotel.

Lovely hotel with spacious room in a highly picturesque area.

The room was spacious and attractive. There was adequate space for our belongings. Separate spaces for the toilet and for the sink/shower was a nice feature, and the shower was about the best we've experienced. Location was excellent: on the edge of La Petite France, easy walking distance to restaurants and the most picturesque part of Strasbourg. Slightly longer walk to the cathedral and surrounding area, but manageable for most. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

The property was full of character and ambience, being beautifully restored to a high level. We liked the size of the room which was spacious, the position in the old town of Strasbourg was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive.

The furniture is amazing, everything from the sheets, the curtains, the armoires, the painting was either quality antiques, superior quality, out of the ordinary for a hotel.

It's always a bit of a bore having to sit down at reception being explained all the extras during checkin. A very minor issue.

Location was perfect, the decor in the hotel was beautiful, the staff were incredibly helpful and spoke English fluently. We didn't get time to try the spa, sadly! But everything at the hotel was top notch.

Perfect place to stay in Alsace

The room was huge and spotless and really comfortable, we stayed for a week and loved our time there. The location is fabulous, staff are lovely and housekeeping did a perfect job. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Views were amazing too, three windows in our room.

Nothing could be improved. It even had YouTube on the tv so you could watch movies in English! Loved it.

Perfect location to explore this beautiful city

Perfect location in the heart of Petite France. The hotel is attractive and our room was large and comfortable. The hotel has a nice courtyard and we enjoyed sitting there after exploring the city. The Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was my partner’s birthday and we asked for restaurant recommendations. We chose French cuisine and enjoyed an exceptional meal at L’Eveil des Sens, a small but beautiful restaurant, close to the hotel. We recommend this hotel and will look forward to a return visit.

Very elegant hotel with high ceilings in the heart of Strasbourg's historic center.

The room was enormous and with a lot of classic charm overlooking the quiet courtyard and partial town view. It is in the old town, with its own bar and courtyard for a nice drink.

beautiful hotel, great location

great location next to ;e petite France, great choice of bars, restaurants and cafés within a short walking distance. despite how close we were the area was very quiet. a 10 min walk to the cathedral and opera house maybe another 10 mins from cathedral but taxis and trams also available, Staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always happy to help. we didn't have breakfast but the breakfast room looked lovely. good stocked bar, and lovely out door terrace seating area. from the outside of the hotel to the inside this hotel is just beautiful, very clean, large spacious rooms again all very clean and tidy.
