Very comfortable stay in lovely neighbourhood of Strasbourg
Lovely hotel in a nice area of Strasbourg, close to EU institutions but also a lovely park just behind the hotel which is great to go for a run or walk. Nearby a few cosy restaurants and cafés. Very comfortable room and large bathroom. The spa and indoor small pool downstairs a plus (but not accessible to kids).
We heard our neigbours in the room next door.

Welcoming Staff and Spacious Rooms in a Calm Setting
The hotel is located in a peaceful area of Strasbourg. The room was spacious, and the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The in-room coffee-making facilities were a nice touch, and the jacuzzi bath was an appealing feature, we didn’t have time to use it, but it looked clean and inviting. The breakfast was diverse, delicious, and freshly prepared. The city center is within walking distance, though not right next door, about a pleasant 25-minute walk away.
The bed was quite firm, which might be uncomfortable for guests with joint issues. Also, while the quiet location adds to the hotel’s charm, it does mean there aren’t restaurants or supermarkets nearby. This wasn’t a problem for us since we were aware of it beforehand, but it’s worth noting for travelers who prefer amenities close at hand.

Doesn't worth the price you pay.
The hotel did not meet cleanliness standards. There was noticeable dust and even insects behind the couch and in the corners of the room. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and the windows lacked insect screens, which made the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was not worth the price, and the breakfast hall was uncomfortably warm due to inadequate air conditioning.

Magnifique!
What a lovely hotel, set in the quiet suburbs of Strasbourg just a short walk from the centre! The receptionist was wonderful and incredibly helpful when I arrived and made me feel completely at home. My room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, with the benefit of a little balcony to sit out on in the evening. Breakfast was delicious, too! I really didn't want to leave!

Gorgeous hotel with beautiful family rooms
The room, breakfast, staff and pool were all exceptional!
Be aware that there is no restaurant in the evening - we arrived on a Friday night and all the local places were fully booked so we ended up eating in a smash burger! Not ideal 🙈
