A very cozy, comfortable hotel with excellent service in a very good location.

Location was excellent, located between two bridges that took you right across to the Old Town, close to Petite France. The area felt safe enough for us to walk around after dark, and the service was very attentive. The buffet breakfast selection was quite good, although hot foods were limited.

You can hear quite a bit of noise from inside the room, and although you don't hear the sounds of the next room, you hear the room doors slamming every time they close and because of the narrow hallways, it gets very noisy when people talk in the hall when they wait or head to the elevator. Luckily the noise didn't persist late into the night.

Great hotel in old centre, dog friendly.

We travel with your small dog, so pet friendly hotel is our key criteria, along with easy accessibility, parking and location. Du Dragon is little gem in all of these, staff went out of their way to make us and especially our four legged family member welcome, they confirmed the parking reservation well in advance which is very helpful, when there is only handful of spots available in their secure car park. We had a suite, which had tons of charm and character and offers more space, then traditional room. Well worth the money after couple of weeks away from home, with lots of luggage in the middle of winter. Hotel is 5 min walk from Petit France and all main historical attractions. We though breakfast was very good too.

There is no restaurant on site, however, the Deliveroo or Uber Eats have lots of options, if you don't feel like going out. We have no complaints, its a nice modern, boutique hotel, with great vibe and we will happily come back.

Our stay was lovely everything we needed and so close to all attractions.

The hotel was lovely from checking in to checking out the reception staff couldn’t do enough for us so very welcoming. Our room was nice and cosy the bed was comfortable to. The location was perfect a five minute walk to the centre of everything. The tram stop is a few minute walk from the hotel. We got the train from the airport to Strasbourg and then the tram to the hotel.

There was nothing we didn’t like about this hotel.

Overpriced

Staff pleasant and welcoming. Quiet location in a busy city

Despite booking a superior room it was still very small and the bathroom was tiny. Bath/ shower water was only ever lukewarm. Breakfast was pretty basic For the very high price we expected substantially better facilities. But they have a captive market at this time of year.

Good location, really cute room with very comfortable bed, so quiet (amazing), friendly staff

Hangers missing in bathroom, shelf too close to sink (making it very uncomfortable to wash the face). Problem to connect to WiFi. But main issue was with the breakfast. Jam, juice, croissants weren’t filled.

Disappointing Experience with Room Allocation and Service

We booked the Superior Room because we were staying with our baby for two nights, but after the first night it became clear that Room 202 was not a Superior Room at all. - The photos on the Booking app did not match the room. - There was a connecting door to the room next to us, through which we could literally hear every word of our neighbors as if they were standing next to our bed. After the first night, we asked to change rooms and were then given what was clearly the actual Superior Room. When we asked why this was not provided to us initially, the receptionist continued to insist that Room 202 had been a Superior Room. This was difficult to believe, as the difference between the two rooms was unmistakable—both in quality and in accordance with the advertised photos. What was most disappointing, however, was not just the mistake with the room but the staff’s response. The lack of empathy and unwillingness to acknowledge the issue made the experience unnecessarily unpleasant. With a little understanding and hospitality, the situation could have been resolved gracefully and without frustration.

Our stay was great!

The room was a little small, but confortable. Breakfast was great!! The location was very convenient, we were able to walk to many places. We loved the patio! It is an open lobby with tables and chairs under trees. We sat there one night with wine and cheese. it was delightful.

Steep stairs in room and very deep bath to step out of for the shower. If you have mobility issues check which room you have we were level 4. No fridge in the room

Great value and lovely stay.

The breakfast and location were great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I rented a bike and cycled around the city and helmet and yellow vest were also provided (where wanted) which was great. A/C in the room was also welcome even if I tried not to use it too much, it was very hot outside.

I am not sure the upgrade in rooms made that much of a difference.

Perfect.

Fantastic air con. The weather was incredibly hot when we stayed but the room was cool on arrival and stayed cool all night. We slept so well which was a pleasant change from our earlier hotels. Staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast delicious and check out easy. Would definitely recommend them to friends and visit again if ever returning to Strasbourg. Car park worth booking for convenience.

False information online and zero respect for guest's privacy

We booked a suite, and on booking.com it's said that the bed is 180 cm wide, but in fact it is only 160 cm. On the day that we're leaving, when there is still half an hour before the time to check out, the staff opens the room door to look inside without our permission.

Good location, but a bad room not appropriate for a 4-star hotel or for the price.

The room we were given was weird. It appeared to be a converted attic room, with many overhead beams which were a bit dangerous because we could hit our heads -- and we each did hit our heads seveal times. This was not really an appropriate room for a 4-star hotel.

Also, getting to our room was like going through a warren with many stairs, and winding passages. This was not really the level we expected for the money we paid.

I had a wonderful stay

Location, room, outdoor patio, Staff. Booked a standard room, was upgraded to superior one without asking. My luggage was delivered into my room upon my return from a walk, since I arrived before the check-in time. I appreciated the historical building with modern touch, the location is simply fantastic: central but on a quiet street. The bathroom in my room was large- I have never seen one of that size in Europe in general. Impeccably clean and comfortable. The exterior patio is a great benefit. Breakfast room is lovely and produits bio are greatly appreciated. The options are ample. Absolutely enjoyed my stay, and this hotel will be my choice when I return to Strasbourg.

Everything was great. The hotel is well located, staff were very friendly and helpful. Private parking was easy. My dog was allowed. The room very comfortable and clean and with a modern fir out.

We had steep stairs to our room but it was fine. A staff member carried our bags.
