The room was rather small.. a small passage between bed and wall only Internet was very weak to none existing in the room... my phone & tablet switched continuously to 5G... In the announcement, the availability of a private parking area is mentioned... however, this needs to be booked in advance and paid @ 14 € per 24 hours. As we didn't book, we had to go to a public parking lot 500m further... @ 21€/ 24 hrs. A pity this was not more clearly mentioned and that we didn't book timely

Driving to the hotel was difficult due to lots of road closures. The hotel is at the top of a narrow lane, that you must reverse out of onto a main road. Parking is in walking distance, but there is no lift in the car park, which may be an issue if you have mobility problems

Excellently located near the city center, clean rooms, good breakfast

Excellently located near the city center, with easy access from the train station. The room was not big but spacious enough with a big comfy bed and everything needed for a short stay. Same with the bathroom which was clean and luminous. Good breakfast buffet with decent variety.

The rooms were not clean, they were very small, the entry of the hotel is on the side, needed to reserve a parking space for the car or otherwise you can’t park ! In the reception the cleaning tools were on the floor , not a nice welcome!

A cosy French-style hotel in a convenient location.

We've booked the room for 3 people. It came with separated rooms with a good bathroom size. The staff were really helpful and had a correct mentality for someone who worked in hospitality. The location was just perfect, just outside the old town.

Perhaps, it was a little bit old, but I certainly think this is acceptable.

It was a good location and had two rooms in one, which worked well for a family. The hotel staff were very friendly.

No parking on site and you can only park on the street for 3 hours in 24 hour period and it costs 35euros. Free parking is only 7pm to 9am

Welcome and room wait

I liked the fact that the apartment was very clean although we were able to check in almost 1 hour and a half later because the room was not ready. Overall the stay was good.

I didn't like the first receptionist that greeted me in the morning when we first came. She was snobby with us, probably because we didn't speak French very well, but the second one was really nice with us.

Its within the city center. Staffs were friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast could be improved. We stayed 3 nights with breakfast but we were offered same variety of breakfast. Minimal cold cuts and no scrambled eggs. Only breads.

Well situated hotel with excellent breakfast.

Convenient hotel in street just outside the historic city centre, little more than five minutes' stroll from the opera house and ten minutes from the cathedral and art museums. Really nice breakfast with lots of choice of sweet and savoury foods, served in atmospheric breakfast room. Bed was very comfortable.

Room was a bit awkwardly located on the upper floor, beyond the reach of the lift. Bathroom was a bit small. When I arrived printer was out of order and I couldn't get an invoice after paying the bill. Nothing major wrong with it though.
