Convenient central and quiet hotel

Location. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nice relaxing bar Capsule coffee machine in room

Disappointed by room and corridor decor and presence of emergency stairs just in front of bedroom window compromising privacy and light. Very small lift.

A very good option

Few minutes away from the train station this hotel is a very good option to enjoy the city. Outstanding, professional, prompt and courteous front desk and maintenance personnel.

Would've been nice if the room floors were vacuumed daily during my 3-day stay there.

The accommodation advertises parking, however it requires a reservation. Upon arrival, parking was not available that day or on any of the days of our stay. Since parking was the main reason I booked this property, this was unacceptable. The room was extremely small, poorly decorated, badly maintained, and had a very depressing atmosphere. The shampoo and shower gel were of very low quality.

Excellent location just a short walk into the main town area and sights. Excellent parking (but small so probably limited at busy times so book with the hotel if you can) for the hotel situated just a few yards away. But extremely small access - had to fold wing mirrors in to enter! Good breakfast.

Nice room but had no view at all so again, perhaps ask for a room with a view!

An acceptable for star hotel in a good location, nothing very special

The location was quite good.

The room was on the small side. The breakfast could be more imaginative. The staff was mixed, sometimes helpful and friendly, sometimes acting annoyed at any request.

Great stay in city centre

We were traveling by motorbike, for which an overnight parking space was available in a secured garage. The reception was friendly and very helpful, geeeand the room was nice and quiet despite facing the street

Windows of the rooms had been left open before we arrived. It was 36 degrees which made the too very hot but mainly let a lot of mosquitoes into the room.

A great stay

This is a superb hotel in the perfect location and the staff were all delightful and willing to help.

The only little issue I had was with the bathroom as the bath was very narrow and the seal on the shower screen came off if you opened it and the shower, while being perfectly serviceable, was not great. However, everything was clean and everything else was excellent.

Great location.

The reception staff were very helpful, we pre booked a parking slot which was most helpful. Aircon in the room was most welcome in the summer heat. This maybe a problem in the future if the city becomes no car zone. We enjoyed our stay.

Due to the hotels popularity it was busy, so the breakfast area was a little frantic for staff and guests.

It was a good stopover on the way down to Italy and good enough breakfast!

Parking... the garage was underground and very sharp drop over the curb which catches the underneath of our Audi A5 car... also managed to bash my passenger side on a post which was my fault but carpark is a bit small & dark so would say you are better to use one of the nearby purpose built carparks!

Regret staying there

It was really close to the train station and they had umbrellas to use in the lobby. They kept the luggages after check-out.

This is not a 4 star hotel, this is probably a two. It was cold. The hotel is dated and the room is heated by a radiator but they rationalize the heating and it's always cold. There's also an air conditioning unit but it only cools the room. The room smelled funny, I couldn't see any mold but it smelled humid. It was not that clean either, I could spot some stains. I am not sure and have no proof but it might have bedbugs because I was stunk by something.

Nice stay in beautiful Strasbourg!

The hotel was located a few streets from the train station and about a 10 minute walk to Petit France and the cathedral. There are trams that can take you everywhere also within walking distance. My room was big for Europe, comfortable and clean. The staff were always helpful and courteous.

The hotel is on a quiet street that some might think isn't in a nice area. I found it fine and often walked back to the hotel alone without any problem.

The hotel is perfectly located to explore the City. The room was very comfortable and the staff very accommodating, speaking numerous languages and being very helpful. The EV charging was well priced and very handy.

The parking spaces are very tight as well the parking entrance. Not easy at all to get in/out but there is always someone from the staff helping you to maneuver; be careful anyway. The cleanliness could be improved.

Comfortable stay close to all major sights as well as the station.

Close to the station but walking distance to all of the sights. Very pleasant bar area for a late drink after an evening out.

Lack of staff on Sunday evening made ordering a drink at the bar rather a chore. One poor chap was manning the reception and trying to take drinks orders. Not an easy task.
