Clean, modern, good value hotel close to the city centre.

Modern hotel with secure parking conveniently located for the city centre. Good choice of items for the buffet breakfast. Helpful staff.

It was overall a good stay

The interior design style. The breakfast area is small but well arranged. I like the way they managed to fit all those good selections of breakfast. Well done 👍 The evening receptionists are very helpful and accommodating . The room is clean . I love the Nu Skin soap in the bathroom , it’s just a pity , there’s no body lotion provided 🙂 the Zen area is also small but nicely done ✅ I enjoyed the sauna before heading out for dinner . The hotel facilities are clean .

The elevator , we were not aware that it was out of order the day we checked in , although they did apologize for the inconvenience, it still didn’t change the fact that my handicapped husband who just had a knee surgery had to use the stairs to get to the room . Have I known it earlier , I’d probably think twice to book the room but the kind receptionist offered help to carry our luggages and even change the room for my husband’s comfort . The parking . The sign towards the hotel reception from the garage is not well indicated . It’s a shared parking with other establishments in the building . I got lost at night finding the sign towards the door to the hotel . My husband who was waiting in the room told me that another 5 minutes he would have called the receptionist to go find me .

A beautiful stay in a great accommodation and location

Great location - a lovely 10 minute walk to the Cathedral. Super friendly and helpful staff . Our suite was beautiful and great to have a toilet separate from the bathroom. Breakfast was good - we were surprised to have hot as well as continental .

Strange to be encouraged to not have rm cleaned each day ( a drink was offered if we chose not to?!) We chose to have rm cleaning but had to request toilet paper twice as it wasn’t done and altho we had a Nespresso machine we were limited to one capsule each per day! And sometimes these weren’t even replaced . This made us feel they were penny pinching over very trivial things .

Great choice!

A well-located hotel (only ten minutes walk to the inner city) with boutique feel. Comfy and modern room with good bed, modern bathroom with a big enough shower, separate toilet. A great plus was the parking of the hotel we could reserve (25Euro/night, which we found reasonable for the city and location) and the breakfast was very good, it deserves some details: good quality and choice, from bread and pastries over cheese, cold cuts, organic yoghurt, nuts, grains, marmelades, (real) scrambled eggs, eggs, and bacon and sauseges, if you are into that. It was well worth. Staff was great, professional, kind and helpful. Overall a great stay- we recommand it.

Just some small things that could be improved: a hairdryer with at least 2 heat settings not one and not just 2 speeds with the same scorching heat would be great. At breakfast there are basically not additional plates or silverware, so you need to eat you sweet pastries/croissant from a plate smeared with saulty scrambled eggs and use the same very small spoon for your coffee and you muesli- here a change would be adding to the guest experience.

The AC didn’t work at night. The beds were too firm and linen not high quality. The breakfast foods were not as high quality as I had hoped. The coffee was bad.

Nice place for Strasbourg center

Location is great and the room itself is also very comfortable and spacious.

To be fair, I was expecting more from what they advertised. For example gym is super basic and sauna needs to be heated up before you go there. And even after heating it up the temperature there was 40 degrees.

Cozy hotel just off the tourist grid, but easy to walk to everything

This is a cute boutique hotel in the center of the city, just off the tourist grid. You can easily walk to everything. The cathedral is just a few blocks away. Notably, the front reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Some reviews mentioned the room size was small, but it was actually larger than I thought it would be from reading that. We had enough space to fit our luggage

The buffet space in the breakfast buffet was a bit cramped, this is only minor though, it’s a boutique hotel after all. We will stay again next time we are in town.

Excellent hotel! Great in every aspect.

Location was excellent. Not in the middle of the tourist fuss, but walking distance from the historic sites and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and nice, friendly and welcoming. The sauna was great. A real plus after a long day walking.

Lovy stay in a cosy place

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was super clean, cosy and practical. The shower was great. The location was not directly in the city center but everything in town was in walking distance. The breakfast was truly worth the extra, we enjoyed the food every morning.

The room could have had also tea and some milk for the coffee.

All in all just what we needed!

We dropped by for a very last minute booking late in the evening. We were helped by a most friendly woman who made us feel very welcome. The room was very clean, it had ice cold air conditioning, the bed was good (only a little short if you’re 1,90m haha, but that’s a universal issue for us). There was a private parking available, which was great as well. Location was good, in a quiet area of the city.

Staff: the most service-minded reception I’ve ever had to deal with! The location is ideal: central but not too busy. Nice restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores are nearby. There is a proper sauna for to a perfect final of your day.

- a perfect location at the city center - friendly and professional stuff and service - clean and well-equipped rooms - quiet place - nice to have a sauna, would be too small if the hotel would be full

- the hotel looks somehow a bit impersonal - the breakfast was very basic with very few local products (some yoghurts and cheeses) - unclear access to the garage from the hotel - in my opinion too pricy compared to my other experiences
