Wonderful!

My adult daughter and I stayed for 4 nights in 3 different rooms because we booked last minute. The rooms were comfortable, bedding wonderful, service exceptional! I am from the US and didn’t expect a European 4 star hotel to actually be a 4 star hotel by my standards and it was! The location is fantastic, and the hot chocolate is divine.

Excellent Location and staff was nice and attentive. Little treats were left in our room daily which was a nice surprise.

The room was a little small and the bathtub was high to climb into and a bit slippery.

A pleasant stay, I would come back.

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The room amenities are perfectly fine. The bathroom is small with sliding doors, but acceptable. The hotel is right in the city center. It was warm and pleasant.

The insulation is poor; you can hear what the neighbors are doing. The bed is uncomfortable, small in size, and the blanket and sheets are strange.

Gorgeous, super-well-designed space with great attention to detail. Amazing location, close to everything. Lovely staff and great breakfast in a stylish hotel.

Nice location, short walk to old town and restaurants, book dinner ahead of time.

The location was great and the room was great, but it can vary which room you get for your booking, sometimes you get something great sometimes it feel you end uo under the class you booked. The latter happened for our last booking, we did get standard room vs clou room,..but after letting the staff know they tooke care and we switched rooms.

The breakfast is ok, but not particular good, there are better places close by.

Room is small (the bathroom especially) but modern and clean, good use of space and for me perfectly comfortable for one night. Nice hotel generally.

Great location for exploring Strasbough. We walked everywhere and there are plenty of shops including a supermarket a few shops down. There is a wine bar on top and drinks were 1 for 1. Bed was comfortable and amenities are from the brand Nuxe.

Location! Location! Location! +Friendliness!

The location was fantastic and perfect for all things we wanted to do by foot in this beautiful city. The hotel is only 5 minutes away from the old cathedral and all the great restaurants and cafes that are in the old town. We'll for sure recommend it to anyone we know who'd also like to visit Strasbourg. Also, the wine bar was great, members of staff were super friendly, and it was reasonably close to the public underground parking.

The rooms with the single beds are a bit small, but still comfortable, and so are the bathrooms. However, it's a minor thing as the hotel is located in a historic building.

For a Quick Trip this hotel was convenient.

Location to Christmas market. Clean linens and bath products. Having a kettle in the room was great. Pet friendly. Close to train station. You walk only.

Cozy rooms are too small, not really square walls. Breakfast was over priced as we did not partake. The nightly rates were overpriced for size of room.

Sublime breakfast . Good variety , quality products. You can squeeze your own fresh juice. Fresh croassans and other pastrie with extensive selection of homemade jams. Friendly stuff. If all restaurants close on Sunday, try a hotel wine bar and sip on pinot noir while nibbling on hams. Also, the hotel is recommended by our cat that didn't want to leave...
