Conveniently located between the train station and the city center. There is coffee, tea, and water available for guests—even for the local police—which is a nice touch.
The rooms are quite small, making it a bit difficult to move around. Some staff members could be more discreet and mindful of guests when discussing internal matters. Additionally, the hotel’s naming could be clearer, as many guests confused it with Mercure Centre Petite France.

The only thing I liked was the location. It was closed to the train station and to the little old town.
The carpets had stains. They looked so dirty that I did not wanted to step on the carpet bare footed. Inside our room was bad as well as the entrance to the elevator. Also, the room was extremely small. I informed booking the second day because I am a customer and I rarely ever complain but this hotel was very expensive and I thought I would be a nice hotel due to the high price. I never paid so much. To me this hotel was more like a 2 star close to a 1 star for the cleanness. In the lobby I also heard another couple that they wanted to switch hotels. At the end, when I complained to booking and to an agent at the hotel, they gave us a little bag with a bottle and chocolate. I thought this was nice but we should had gotten some money back, at least a night.

honestly everything about it was terrific. Wonderful and quite straight forward proximity to the train station (we walked 5 minutes from station to hotel with luggage) and to places like petite france and where the Christmas markets were. The room was spacious enough and with regards to the bathroom, they were sized well too. Coming from Paris, the bathrooms at this hotel felt way bigger. Staff was great, very helpful and friendly. Clean place! They sell a pack of chocolates in a gold-ish color bag for 6 euros....buy a bag...trust me! delicious!
I love that they have a self service feature for water. They got large 1 litre glass bottles that you can pick up and fill up with water yourself any time of the day (3 options: room temp, cold and sparkling water). Breakfast was nice but i dont know if i'd pay 18 euros again for it. it was still quite decent and presentable. For Kosher/Halal folks, just know that the meats options were only limited to pork.
I'd happily come back here again. The rates when we stayed here were super high though but understandable due to the christmas market. on off times, the rates are super reasonable.
Gym only had basic cardio machines.

Staff were quite friendly.
Almost zero sleep. The room for the first night was totally unsuitable for use for anyone when it’s hot. The air conditioning either blew directly on me and I was freezing, or if I turned it off, I was sweltering. So I had to open the window overnight an d I got bitten all over. Absolutely terrible.
The hotel did move me the next morning, but how can they use this room for clients beggars belief. Just so you know the staff were quite nice, but there wasn’t an apology.
And the worst part- I complained to Mercure the following day and they haven’t even had the decency to reply.
Really dreadful. It ruined the next few days of my holiday itching all over after the bites. All because they let out a totally unfit-for-use room.
I’m only giving them a 2 instead of a 1 because the staff were ok.

The location was great just a few minutes walk to all amenities. The room was very quiet. Staff very helpful. Good aircon.
Room was very small could barely get around the bed. Bit tired could do with an update. Nowhere to park so it was €15 a day even with the hotel discount. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss some days plenty choice others not great.

Well located: a 10 min walk from Strasbourg station and another 10 mins to the Cathedral. Friendly staff who fulfilled our room request. Room size OK for a hotel. Interesting 60s decor. Surprisingly quiet for its location - good external soundproofing. Fridge and coffee maker. Good bed, blockout curtains, and wifi. Some complimentary drinks. Good buffet breakfast available. Strasbourg is really a lovely city to see. Would stay again.
Drain in shower was very slow and at constant risk of overflowing. Needs attention. Shower recess a bit grotty in the corners. Relatively minor.

Location
Room was very small and at the rear of the building near the fire escaped. Window and door looked out to a brick wall and consequently the room was very dark with no ambiance.

Easy and short walk to and from the main railway station; a map of the city was provided at the hotel; friendly & helpful staff; spacious lift for people with luggage; room not a bad size; looked onto the street so interesting view - busy in the daytime but quiet at night; delicious breakfast and gluten-free rolls provided as asked; well-located for getting around the canals and into city; perfect for older single lady; was able to leave luggage safely and for free for several hours after checking out

The staff were so helpful and friendly.Water or tea/coffee was free. Probably the best breakfast ever, well laid out in a lovely room.So much choice and fresh! The hotel is just around the corner from Petite France and the centre is just a short pleasant 12/15 minute walk.Step out of the station and the hotel is just a few minutes away.
The standard room is small but cosy clean and modern.I couldn’t complain about anything really!!

Great location but standard big chain hotel. The staff were lovely, very helpful.
The room was small, the breakfast was meh and there was no mini bar. The bathroom was tiny with no little extras.

The room was on the 4th floor so had a sloping roof on one side. That did not bother me as I was travelling alone. The bed was extremely comfortable. The lighting in the room was good. The availability of tea and coffee was nice. The bathroom was a good size with a nice shower.
The breakfast contained a wide variety of food and everything looked fresh. The coffee was delicious. The pastries and cakes were plentiful. The cereal and yoghurt was great. Fresh orange juice too !
All the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful with information about best places to visit. The free tea/coffee and water in the foyer was a nice bonus.
The location was excellent - near the train station and also the petiite france area.

There was one lady who was giving us the stink eye at 10:01 when breakfast ended and rushing us out.

Location was great! A few minute walk from everything downtown. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were pet friendly and didn't cost a fortune. Overall really good and definitely recommend.
Breakfast was limited selection. It was fine for what it was but not many options. 1 type of egg, 1 type of meat...but plenty of options for coffee cakes.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location, only a few minutes walk from the train station. Friendly staff and good amenities, free filter water on in reception along with coffee. Also a great location for the centre itself, which is beautiful.

Located minutes away from Strasbourg station and just a stone’s throw away old Strasbourg with cobblestone streets. Although room on the smaller side of things, but just me and already expected it to be so hence was fine. The water providing facility by lobby is a nice touch.
Wish my room was facing the street (having sort of a view) rather than looking at a wall of a courtyard. Some fixtures in the room needs some repair work (ie the power socket panel by the desk was loose, looks a bit dangerous to use).
