A wonderful stay - highly recommend this hotel
A wonderful old world hotel in a stunning old building. The room was comfortable, the bed comfortable and its just a very short walk over the river into the old town and to the Cathedral.

Good but had hoped for better being Christmas
Good location
We were given 2 rooms in cold new quarter of the hotel which lacked the ambience we wished for our Christmas stay. Got one room moved to old character full part of hotel which was good but my son’s room was miserable despite high cost Staff were not very friendly or festive

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone.
When we checked in we were upgraded to a large room with a balcony overlooking the famous courtyard, making it a wonderful place to retreat to in Strasbourg. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, and at breakfast we were absolutely spoiled for choice with a lovely range of pastries, fruits, and savoury treats.
