A lovely, clean hotel in a great location. Appreciated the little treats in the mini bar. Good value for a weekend trip

Very disappointing experience at Boma Hotel. I reported the faulty air conditioning at 6:30 PM, but by 9 PM, nothing had been done. I had to chase the issue myself before being moved to a smaller room. No assistance was offered to transfer my belongings, yet I was expected to return the original room key card myself. The lack of follow-up, poor service recovery, and consideration for guests was unacceptable. Equipment failures can happen, but the way the hotel handles them makes all the difference. Expected much better hospitality from Boma Hotel.
