It is in the city center, within walking distance to many points of attraction. Facilities and amenities are quite cozy, with very friendly staff

Our stay during Christmas in this hotel is okay.

Location is right in the middle between train station and old town/center. Thus easy and within walking distance to go to both.

The furniture (especially tables) is too minimalist, difficult to put our things properly.

A good location and helpful staff, though the room could have been quieter.

The location was excellent and the staff were polite and helpful. A nice café and bistro were located within the hotel, offering a variety of dining options and a relaxing atmosphere. The lockers provided for the luggage were a plus.

The room was noisy. We could hear a lady walking in heels above us and the cleaning staff using a vacuum cleaner early on Sunday morning. We could also hear people chatting and laughing late at night from the bar opposite the hotel, even with the window closed. There was no closet, only five hangers for our clothes.

New and lovely decorated, very central hotel.

Quiet room although neighbourhood can be a little loud at the weekend as very central and easy access from the station. Windows are well insulated. Nice decor and great rain shower. Water and soft drinks in the minibar are complimentary. Lovely café downstairs but no room for a lobby area unfortunately. Storage locker in the basement which is very convenient.

Parking is a little expensive so we used the one by the museum. The single beds were rather small.

Great place in the centre with outstanding buffet!

Location is perfect. Right in the middle of the town and still easily accesible by car. Ample parking garages in the area in case you cannnot park in the hotel parking lot. Breakfast buffet is good with lots of choices in types of bread, jams, honey, meat, eggs and so on and so on. Atmosphere in the hotel is relaxed with a very friendly staff. All in all one of the better choices one can make visiting Strassbourg.

All being said there are two things where I could see an improvement: 1. Pillows. Although there are two pillow provided they both do not help - at least did not help me - in getting a good night sleep. One is too soft so one is constantly fighting to pull it together. The other one is too big. 2. The parking garage. There are approx 5 spots in the parking and the parking space is really tight. Certainly on week days when other spots are taken by employees of other companies it is very challenging to get your car in without having to make multiple moves. Idem as for getting your car out. All being said it is a good deal as for 24 hrs you pay 24 Euro. Where anywhere else you would pay double at min.

Excellent Central Hotel for Hot Weather

Great location. Excellent secure bicycle storage. Very quiet rooms. Excellent air conditioning. The lobby is huge with food and drink. The staff were very helpful.

The rooms are quite dark without enough lighting. We would have liked a closet kr drawers for storage (open shelves, so your belongings are on display)

Perfect spot to explore Strasbourg

The hotel is situated only a few minutes walking distance from Strasbourg train station as well as the center of the city. When we arrived early, they had an easy to use and safe place to store the luggage. The room was very nice - looked like all new renovations even better than we expected! ps everything in the mini fridge is complimentary too. They also accommodated us checking out a bit later - I'm very happy with this stay!

The comfiest bed and exceptionally quiet

The comfiest bed, exceptionally quiet for a city centre hotel, very clean, decent shower, good hairdryer and good lighting. Really all very good.

Not enough black tea or milk for our British tastes, I'm sure we could have asked for more but there is nothing bad to say.

Great location! Staff was super and facilities were great.

The rooms were great - the location was amazing. The bakery across had amazing food as well as the wine bar across the street. We also went to the wine bar in the Hanong hotel which had an excellent selection. We really enjoyed our stay.

It would have been nice if the coffee was available all day. That is it - otherwise everything was amazing.

Wonderful modern hotel in convenient location

Perfect location for Christmas markets. Ten minute walk from train station. Very modern hotel with popular restaurant on street level. Rooms were clean and quiet despite being on the street side. Most comfortable bed and pillows EVER!! Easy check in and out. Friendly staff. Storage area to LOCK your left luggage before or after check in. Walkable all over the markets and the historic areas.

Nice and easy spot to stay to visit the Christmas markets

Colorful designed rooms, and great location to train station as well as Christmas markets

Rooms were pretty small. Also, one of our rooms (we had two) had a terribly blocked bathroom sink or something which made the room smell quite bad for the whole trip. The staff tried to help, but it never got better. Unfortunately the hotel was full so we couldn’t move to a different room.
