Excellent, convenient location for rail passengers. Courteous, friendly and helpful staff. No problem leaving luggage after check out to collect later. Very good breakfast. Super comfortable and tastefully designed room

Nice hotel closed to train station
Everything was good - breakfast, the room (very good sound isolation), the location.
The gym is joke :) I hoped to find at least some dumbbells but in the very small room you will find a bike and treadmill and thats basically it. the room was a walk through room (even though the second door was closed). anyway - if you really want to train, don't rely on it.

The location is great, both for trains and the Lufthansa bus to and from Frankfurt Airport.

We received a room designed to accommodate a disabled person. The temperature was perfect. There was a fridge on the room, and gown and slippers to use. The old lift was very quaint, and there was a fast larger modern lift too.
Everything was great at the hotel, however my personal details and details of my stay were leaked and I received a phishing WhatsApp message. The hotel said the details had been hacked. Reported to Booking.com who offered no further help. O am not sure if I will continue with this platform. They do not take security seriously. My details were entrusted to Booking and have ended up with scammers.

(Not) Executive room standard
The hotel is situated near Central Railway Station which has been very convenient for us. It is literally walking distance to main attractions in the city centre.
The hotel staff is very pleasant and helpful, trying their best to overcome problems with our room.

We booked an executive room with two separate beds. We were in contact with the hotel at the time of booking and about 16hrs before the arrival to make sure our room arrangements were in place. We received confirmation twice that requested room layout was acknowledged and it would be arranged. At check in, the receptionist, double checked we asked for executive room with two separate beds and when confirmed, we received keycards to the requested room. However, it turned out to be small room with a single double bed. We went back to the receptionist who profoundly apologised and said the cleaning team did not followed the instructions about our room. Since the hotel was apparently fully booked, the only room they could offer for the first night (out of three we booked) was a twin standard room. They offered a refund of breakfast and the following day we were offered so called an executive room. It was larger and had two separate beds as we requested but at no point we could say the facilities there were at "executive" level. Generally, it seemed they ran out of rooms and gave us almost an unfurnished room : apart from two beds, there was small desk with a single armchair. The bathroom although large, lacked cupboard under/along the basin for even basic toiletries and there were no railings on which to hang hand towels. Shower gel has finished on our second day in that room despite cleaners meant to make the room that morning. Only because we came for just 3 nights stay and spent the most of time exploring Strasbourg, we decided not to make any further complaints at the reception but we feel strongly that based on room standard we were overcharged. Super comfortable. A great location only metres from the train station and the restaurants and town are only a short walk. The staff were extremely helpful and polite.

Good option for visiting Strasbourg (located close to the station)
Located in front of the station is easy to arrive if you travel by train. Breakfast with good quality products and sufficient choices. Friendly and very helpful staff.
In the evening the area is not the most pleasant one (if you travel alone). There are construction works at one building located in close proximity and each morning at 7 - 7:30 they started work and the noise was quite annoying. I had a room on the 6th level - very small (compared to the rooms I had in my previous stays).

Fabulous location and an easy walk into the heart of Strasbourg.
Brilliant location across form the station. We heard very little street noise as there are no bars or restaurants under the rooms which was fabulous. Bed was comfortable and the room very clean. It was really hot when we stayed but the aircon unit was was quiet and modern and worked perfectly. Would absolutely stay here again.
Housekeeping didn't make up our room despite the request to do so and we ran out of coffee and shower gel -minor thigs but irksome.

Beautiful hotel with nice staff, close to everything.
The location is great, next to the train station and minutes away front the Petit France/Cathedral, but also close to the tram station for getting to other areas. Staff was extremely nice, helped me organise a surprise for my husband’s birthday, with cake/balloons etc. My involvement was minimal, they took care of everything and it turned out super nice, so I really appreciate that. Rooms are relatively small but nicely decorated and the space is used efficiently. Breakfast was good. Overall we loved our stay there and really had a good time.

Not quite as perfect as last time – avoid the 6th floor.
The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. The location is great and the staff are helpful. I slept well and was satisfied with the shower.
Unlike during my last stay, I was given a room on the 6th floor which is basically under the eaves/in the attic. Most of the wall on one side is diagonal, leaving only quite a narrow space between the bathroom wall and the diagonal exterior wall – I managed to bang my head quite badly on this diagonal wall. Also, I felt that the water pressure for the shower wasn't as good on the 6th floor as it had been on a lower floor on my previous stay.

good hotel option if you’re looking for one close to the train station
easy to get to from the main train station, the rooms were sufficient size as well as the bathroom
with exception of the gentleman at the reception who was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable- the other ladies were not. though they did help when asked, they don’t give eye contact or ask if you need help despite the fact you are waiting in front of the reception desk looking at them for the past 10 minutes and they were not helping anyone else
the amenities could be improved given it’s a 4 star hotel. there were no slippers, no other toiletries other than the hand soap and shampoo and body soap.
I put a do not disturb sign at the door and when I came back from the day the room was serviced.
