The hotel has a beautiful and elegant décor, with a very warm and stylish atmosphere throughout. The location is excellent—central and within walking distance of almost everything, which made exploring Strasbourg very easy and enjoyable.

There were no available parking spots during my stay. Although the reception was flexible and helpful on the first day, during the remaining days I was repeatedly asked to move my car, which made the experience less comfortable. Additionally, when we arrived around 10:00, there was no one available to assist with our luggage or offer help, which was disappointing.

The design and the location of rhe hotel is just exceptional.

During the xmas market after the terror attack theres so many checks. We couldnt get into the region and they searched our car pretty long. I guess its better safe than sorry… was quite intimidating.

An amazing stay at Hôtel LÉONOR – truly “the place to live”

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Strasbourg, just steps away from all the main attractions, Christmas markets, and shopping streets. The staff were extremely helpful with everything we needed, including guiding us both inside the hotel and around the city. Our room was warm, cozy, and very comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding, with a rich buffet, eggs made to your preference, and excellent coffee. No doubt- this is the place to stay when visiting Strasbourg.

Very friendly and helpful staff! The Deluxe room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent, featuring a variety of options including some local specialties. The location is convenient for those arriving by car, and all major attractions are within walking distance. The building itself boasts stunning architecture and a lovely courtyard.

Stylish contemporary in stately old building

Beautiful contemporary hotel in an old stately building. Rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and tastefully designed for a restful stay. The breakfast was excellent with many choices including local jams and honeys.

The location is away from the main points of interest in the town, but the walk to old town is only about 10 minutes.

Location was great, within walking distance to main attractions and old town, made exploring the area easy and enjoyable.Hotel’s atmosphere and decor was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Appreciated the hand written welcome note and complimentary wine and jar of local jam that came with it - a nice touch that made us feel valued!

Dinner at the hotel felt a bit pricey for the value. Offering more variety would help improve the dining experience, options were a bit limited for our taste.

Fantastic Weekend Retreat

The staff were lovely and so accommodating. We had a great big room with all the facilities. I had a lovely big bath to soak in. We didn't have breakfast but dinner was amazing and the bar menu was fantastic. We will defo return to this hotel.

I would have preferred a first or second-floor room. You had to book the restaurant even as a resident. Car parking was not at the hotel but just a 5-minute walk. The hotel got very busy in the evenings and a residents lounge would have been great to escape.

Excellebnt breakfeast, though pricey. Location is very good and central, within walking distance of all sightseeing. The hotel has an excellent parking-lot as well, which is very convenient for guests travelling in by car

Stylish gem in the heart of Strasbourg

The hotel is beautiful, from the impressive entrance to the well-thought-out dining and breakfast area to the courtyard and to the rooms themselves. Our room was very comfortable and stylish and had everything we needed. The handwritten welcome note was a lovely touch. The staff on reception were assiduous in ensuring we could make the most of the hotel facilities and the surroundings. Finally, the location is perfect for general tourism - nothing seems to be more than a 15 min walk. Loved it and will be back soon, we hope!

Minor point, but parking in Opera Broglie is slightly inconvenient - however a small price to pay (and the hotel provides a reduction voucher).

A beautiful building sympathetically converted into a hotel. Large and comfortable room with big windows. Helpful staff. The location was perfect, on a quiet street but central.

All the shelves for storage were way above my head height, and there was only one drawer in the entire room.

I like the breakfast, style of the lobby, location. Very nice yard in the center of the hotel. The room was comfortable.

We like the hotel, the bar and the restaurant. We would love to stay again.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable! The lobby was tastefully decorated. Coziness and luxury were balanced to create a great atmosphere. The location was perfect. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

There are a few things we didn't like: for instance, an open wardrobe. It makes a little room look more cluttered than usual. Another thing is not having a chain to lock the door physically. Someone from the hotel staff entered our room using her key card while we were in the room, while she was looking for another room. It was an honest mistake, so we did not make a big fuss about it. But we would have been more comfortable if we could lock the door with a chain.
