Quaint, well-located spot in Strasbourg

Lovely property and location—very quaint, with cozy room. Everything is well laid out with a comfortable sitting area near reception where there’s free coffee, tea, waters.

Breakfast was overpriced and beds weren’t very comfortable. Expensive, but that was expected for the Christmas market season.

Great stay in Strasbourg

Staff was very friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations of where to get food. We travelled with a baby and the baby package was great (crib and bottle warmer). The room was big and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable.

The hotel was undergoing renovations and the breakfast area was a bit small. Other than that it's a great hotel.

Great location, lovely room and amazing courtyard with beautiful plants and landscaping!

We enjoyed our room and our bathroom was quite large with two sinks and a walk in shower. The hotel had an elevator which we took advantage of. I am a plant person and the outdoor courtyard area walking into the hotel was filled with plants and beautiful landscaping. The best part was the parking garage directly across the small street from the hotel. Guests received maybe a 3 -4 Euro discount parking there. The hotel is just a few steps from a bridge going into the town not too far from the cathedral. It was a great location. Originally I had a reservation in the Petite France area but am glad in retrospect that we stayed at the Hotel Beaucour. My husband had been concerned about the parking situation in the Petite France area. The Petite France area was lovely but it wasn't too far to walk to it from our part of Strasbourg.

Actually, this hotel was pretty perfect for our needs. We didn't have breakfast here but opted to eat a lighter, less expensive breakfast at a nearby cafe.

Quaint Place

It's located in a quaint old building in a nice area.

No top sheet and only a duvet makes for an uncomfortable sleep where you overheat, kick the duvet off and then become cold again. Bring back sheets and a blanket!

A good base afor a few days in Strasbourg

Nice position to get into the centre. Comfy and large rooms. Comfy bed. Nice breakfast. Lovely and helpful staff.

The room we had looked nothing like the pictures on Booking.com. The furniture was ugly clear perspex! Looked rather dated.

Lovely quirky hotel, great location

Lovely, really cute hotel with a beautiful outdoor area. Fantastic location, 10 minutes walk to Petite-France, 5 minutes walk to the cathedral and the boat tour dock. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, with quirky decor. Air con was very much appreciated as the weather was hot and sunny. Really comfy bed, great shower water pressure. Nice touches such as net sponge and face cloth (on request when completing on line pre check in), toiletries etc. Mini bar, free water. Couldn't have been better!

The hotel had a real boutique charm and was ideally situated for exploring Strasbourg. The rooms were decorated so as to be very light and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel in a great location for exploring Strasbourg. Very quiet and exceptionally comfortable rooms.

The wifi connection is intermittent and not very strong. It continually dropped the connection in our room. I would prefer a secure connection in a hotel even if it means a password.

Location is amazing. Parking is expensive and in a car park

Rooms look nothing like what you think you book. Very disappointed! No beams, no oak. Just funky modern wall paper nothing like the pictures.

Best hotel stay imaginable!

Fantastic hotel. One can truly feel at home here. Beautiful room and facilities, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We loved having free access to coffee and cold water, it especially made a huge difference during the heatwave. The air conditioning is good, reliable. The room is very comfortable, beautifully done with great attention to details - handmade soap and lotions, little kits to meet the needs of any visitor. It was an absolute delight, best hotel stay imaginable!

Beautiful view on the cathedral- very central, parking right across, welcomed air con, comfortable, complimentary water

The bathroom had quite a few touch ups needed - one clogged sink, one leaking and a bit of a moldy bathroom but honestly, details compared to the situation and overall cleaneliness

When we return to strassbourg, I would return to thiss place, super friendly and perfect location.

we visited at the time of the music festival and despite this, it was perfectly bearable. beofre the festival the room was very quiet despite a lively area. very good. The Stafff were excellent friendly and professional. Highly commendable. The offer an extensive breakfast in additionto a small option. nice to havethat choise! The courtyard is a great place to have it! Parking opposite entrance and location perfect as everything withing a short walk away.

I would have gone for the small breakfast option, 3 croissants/pain au chocolat, a freshly pressed orange juise and a coffee super value. (the large breakfast option also looked good, it was justs too hot to eat much. Opted to go to a caffee nearby however as teh fully automatic coffee machine did not inspire me. For most, I am sure it would have been fine.

The space was equipped with a lovely bathroom, comfortable bed and coffee maker. The lobby has still and sparkling water on tap which was very convenient. The staff was super helpful and the hotel was adorned with flowers. The hotel is centrally located to restaurants and other sites. The stay was great.

Great city stay in Strasbourg

Young Man at Reception was very helpful and friendly . Excellent secure indoor bike storage in Salon Room . Immediately along River , many shops and restaurants . Room #312 was spacious, clean and bright . Great large and very clean bathroom with large jacuzzi tub . Excellent elevator to upper floors Comfortable lounge in lobby Breakfast was good at reasonable price point for the city .

Internet was a bit finicky- disconnecting often but reconnecting with little difficulty.

Fantastic, well appointed and decorate hotel

A great location - just a few minutes walk into the old town. Very large room with a few different areas, including a separate luggage area, table with coffee machine and chairs, sitting area (that was used for the sofa bed), and main bedroom area. Super quiet. Cool decorations

Was told there was a lift, which there was, but still some stairs to navigate (more of an FYI in case you're travelling with anyone with mobility issues like we were)

The location was excellent...within walking distance of the best sights in Strasbourg. The beds were comfortable.

The room was warm during the day so to cool it off at night we opened the windows...we were on a fairly busy street the 1st night so it was noisy. Fortunately the management moved us to a Courtside room the next afternoon. We.felt that the breakfast was not as good as the ones we had at comparable hotels in Europe...and this one was not included with the room . 😪

Excellent location for exploring the town and eating out. Very friendly staff. Characterful rooms & building. Very quiet despite being in the middle of town. Comfortable bed. Would stay again and highly recommend!
