The house was comfortable. The metro and bus stop was close. The city center is 25 minutes by walking.

There are 2 bathrooms. but one is not used. There was a bad smell.

1. non ci sono due bagni (uno è minuscolo e la doccia non funziona) 2. la casa è comunicante con la sua (deve essere esplicitato nell'annuncio) 3. il prezzo è altissimo per i servizi che propone 4. la posizione non è comoda (lontano dal centro, la stazione metro più vicina è a 10 minuti) 5. ho trovato una blatta in bagno Io e una collega avremmo dovuto soggiornare per un viaggio di lavoro per una settimana. Siamo rimaste la metà del tempo e abbiamo cercato altro, era impossibile stare lì con un solo bagno, la proprietaria non ci è minimamente venuta incontro e non ci ha rimborsato. sconsigliato

Cobrança de check-in tardio de 30€ após as 18h (uma hora relativamente cedo) e a falta de comunicação prévia do valor a pagar por esse serviço (só soubemos após as 18h que eram 30€ ou mais se o atraso fosse superior a 1 hora apesar de termos indicado antes que o nosso voo estava atrasado). No check-out estiveram presentes 4 pessoas do alojamento, no check-in foi apenas uma pessoa e houve apenas a apresentação dos cómodos enquanto que no check-out houve análise detalhada de tudo (contagem toalhas, verificação colchões, conteúdo armários, etc). Os utensílios de cozinha podiam ser melhorados ( eram bastante antigos) e a limpeza do apartamento também poderia estar melhorada. O WC do andar de baixo não foi usado por ter mau cheiro, mais valia estar fechado.

we hadden in de buurt een heerlijk ontbijt zaak gevonden ongeveer 300 m van ons huisje, zeker een aanrader, zijn van 8u30 tot 20u30 geopend de bushalte lag op 5m afstand wat ook een luxe was , wij hadden op de luchthaven een metro/bus ticket gekocht van 10 ritten voor 11 euro wat een luxe was dat en de bussen waren er alle 15 min

Escapada a Valencia.

La hubicación es lo que mejor tiene, está bastante cerca del centro, a unos 20 minutos andando, pero también hay un autobus a 2 minutos y parada de metro a 10 minutos.

Fuimos una familia con un bebe y no nos gustó que nos cerrará las demás habitaciones porque la anfitriona pensaba que no las usaríamos. Si yo alquilo un apartamento entero, espero tener acceso a todo el apartamento, no solo a una parte de él.

Apartamento correcto con algunos peros

El barrio estaba bien conectado y era facil encontrar sitio para aparcar el coche. Espacio correcto para seis adultos.

Lo encontre un poco Caro por lo que se ofrecia. No me gusto nada que me cobraran 30€ por llegar despues de las 18:00, cuando ya me habian aceptado la hora del check in y que me avisaran de este recargo 3 dias antes via un enlace externo a Booking.

Ir con cuidado no es lo que se ve

Realmente no me imagina que ibamos a estar en un sitio de VPO en una zona que a dos calles se veía como gente de trapicheo o dudosa reputación. Luego me he informado con los vecinos y es todo de Protección oficial. Realmente lo siento en el corazón por esta gente pero no hubiese escogido un sitio asi, el piso no es como en la fotos, no he querido subir fotos para no hacer daño al dueño, pero es una verguenza que booking alquile éste lugar, todo sucio lleno de sus cosas personales, debajo de la escalera hasta las sillas rotas, un baúl , el patio no tiene nada que ver con las fotos, bicicletas, zapatillas de su familia, botes de pintura, pero lo peor es la limpieza, horrible todo. Con ésto ya me despido de alquilar en este portal. Me he sentido estafada y ya paso de que sigan estafandome esta gente de Booking nos han arruinado las vacaciones.

"Tugurio" Vuoi vivere un'esperienza tra lo sporco e gli scarafaggi? Questo è l'appartamento giusto! Appartamento di case popolari su due livelli (piano terra e primo) con scala interna, soffitti bassi, piccola corte interna soffocante. L'immobile al primo piano, dove ci sono due camere da letto e bagno, è separato da un altro appartamento da una porta interna, probabilmente si tratta della cucina, "l'odore" di cucina invade le camere da letto anche di notte. In tutto l'appartamento c'è puzza di fogna e di unto. Il secondo bagno non funziona. Proprietaria sgradevole e poco cordiale. La cauzione di 150€ è richiesta in contanti, la proprietaria al check-out non è sempre disponibile, nonostante abiti di fronte, sei costretto aspettare ore i suoi comodi, questo anche se l'avissi il giorno prima dell'orario di check-out. Esperienza da non ripetere. Consigliamo booking.com di non sponsorizzare questo appartamento.
