Comfortable Stay, But Needs Better AC and Clearer Instructions

The flat was spacious and comfortable, with two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen that included all necessary utensils. On the first day, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary refreshment. There's a supermarket conveniently located near the garage entrance. The accommodation is also close to the Oceanogràfic and other major landmarks, especially if you're travelling by car or taxi.

We stayed during the last week of July 2025, and it was very hot. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms—only fans—which were not sufficient to keep the rooms cool at night. One of the bathroom toilet seats was loose and needs to be fixed. Although instructions were provided, it was still quite difficult to locate the flat—especially the garage entrance. For guests arriving by car, separate and clearer instructions would be very helpful. Most drivers will naturally go to the garage first, but since the flat is on a busy main road, picking up the keys first makes things quite challenging. Communication with the host was also an issue. You will need a local SIM card or mobile internet to contact them. The hosts speak only Spanish, so we had to rely on Google Translate, which led to some misunderstandings due to inaccurate translations. The garage itself is in a basement and is quite dark. The parking spaces are narrow, with pillars on both sides, making it very difficult to park a larger vehicle like a 7-seater. It was also hard to find the elevator, as there was no clear signage. On the last day, we found out (with the host’s help) that there are buttons to turn on the lights in the garage—this should really be mentioned in the instructions. Overall, the apartment has potential, but some practical improvements—especially for guests traveling by car—are needed to improve the experience.

Exceptional

The apartament is very big and comfortable an clean. You have everything that you need for a good vacation. Its on boulevard near shops, near metro and busses. When you come if you are tired, or hungry the host make everything to be ok for you. There is a little snack, water and some drinks in the apartment. You can rest a little and go to explore! The host is amazing! We was a group of 6 adults and one child, he was waiting us to come, and explain from where and how to find the location. When i have a question he was always answer me. My daughter has a birthday and they make her little surprise, that was very nice! Thank you! Because the flight was very early, they give me a number of taxi and explain how to order it. When i go home i take my phone and see a message from the host, he write my early to see did we are ok, and did we catch our flight. Thank you for the attitude and for the concern. If we came again in Valencia i know where to go.

Excellent place to stay in Valencia!

The host was welcoming, friendly, and answered all our questions. He was patient b with our four children and explained everything. We love the apartment, the area, the proximity to the metro, and the extra care that was put in to make us feel welcome.

Tout était parfait. Je remercie le propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux, qui nous a permis d'entrer dans l'appartement plus tôt et nous a fourni toutes les informations nécessaires.

Le seul problème auquel j'ai été confronté était de garer une voiture dans un garage car l'endroit était un peu petit pour ma voiture et je ne pouvais pas la faire entrer, mais le problème a été résolu car il y a beaucoup d'endroits sans voiture dans la rue.

La atencion ha sido correcta y hemos solucionado los problemas con la llave. Es de seguridad y deberían explicar el funcionamiento para evitar molestarlos. La ubicacion buena para visitar la ciudad.

Hemos ido un grupo y habia habitaciones muy sucias, con polvo acumulado en rincones.Los baños con mamparas y esquinas muy sucios. La cocina, en especial la galeria donde las basuras con suciedad acumulada. Necesita una limpieza a fondo.

Es como visitar la casa de los abuelos! Llegar y tener la heladera llena de jugos, chocolatada, agua y snacks de bienvenida. La decoración es bien familiar. El anfitrión muy atento y el departamento equipado con todo lo necesario. No está super cerca del centro, pero andando llegas en media hora.

La ducha del baño principal no era muy cómoda. La del baño en suite estuvo perfecta.

O cuidado e atenção do proprietário são acima do padrão. Ele deixou como cortesia vários itens de alimentação para o café da manhã. Tudo é muito organizado na propriedade. O fato de serem quatro quartos e dois banheiros para nós, que estavamos em dois casais, ajudou bastante, pois os espaços são amplos e foi possível usar os quartos menores apenas para deixar as roupas e servirem como vestiário. As instruções de chegada e partida foram muito precisas e ter vaga para carro no prédio também facilitou muito. Enfim, o custo benefício é excelente.

A única coisa que incomodou foi a regulagem da temperatura da água em ambos os banheiros, que é muito difícil e tem que ficar sendo constantemente ajustada, o que dificulta um banho confortável, além de causar maior consumo de água..

La realidad supera las fotos. Muy amplio, limpio y cuidan todos los detalles. Te ponen desayuno y agua por cortesía de la casa. Piso con todas las habitaciones equipadas y exteriores.

Es un piso que tiene de todo,de los mas completos que me he alojado en mi trabajo.hemos estado muy comodos,la zona es buena y cerca de todo y ademas se puede aparcar en la calle medianamente facil,la pena que por el tamaño de nuestros vehiculos,no pudieramos usar la plaza de aparcamiento que ofrecen....y gratis.Quiero agradecer a Rafa su cordialidad y el buen gesto que tuvo con nosotros con unos detalles,eso casi no te lo hace nadie.Sin duda que si volvemos por la zona repetiremos .

방이 많았다. 웰컴음식이 좋았다. 바로 1층에 마트도 있고 근처에 시장도 있다. 늦게 도착했는데 기다려주고 짐도 들어주고 주차도 도와주셨다. 테라스에서 바로 담배를 피울 수 있어서 흡연가에게 좋다. 가성비 최고다.
