Meh...

Clean. The bed was comfortable. There is a nice restaurant pub and a nice coffe bar in the other side of the square.

No privacy 'cause the windows glasses are transparent. No curtains. We spent all the day time in the house with the lights on. 1 towel for each person is not sufficient, and one of them was very short for the shower. At the end of our stay it was stinky. The shower lose water and the mop to dry the water was left in the water by the person who clean, so it was stinky. The toilet doesn't have any kind of ventilation, and the consequences are known by everybody. The toilet does not have any coat rack, so we used the 2 valves behind the door. The door doesn't close. Not enough toilet paper: 2 rolls for 4 nights for 3 people. The apartment is really new. Some plastic film was left on some furnitures, that appeared a sign of negligence. A night table at each side of the bed should be the normality. There was just one in one side. During the booking process it was asked to set the arrival time and I set 11pm, after one month after the booking, just after the non refundable payement, a message arrived from the owner telling me it could not be possible to check in after 10pm. Therefore, We had asiety and rush to reach the keys by 10pm and we delayed a bit (around 20 mins, taxi from airport). The two guys of the take away restaurant were very annoyed and they barely spoke english. All this stress could be avoided leaving the keys in one of the two bars in front of the house, which were open, with gentle people which work in. Otherwhise, being more clear informing us before the completion of the payement. The bed was comfortable, the pillows could be better. The sofa-bed was not so comfortable.

SUPER AMPLIO Y CÓMODO . nosotros solo utilizamos para descanso casi no pasamos allí pero era cómodo y agradable para descansar

la ubicación entre la llave y la dirección del apartamento . Si no especifica bien muy complicado entenderlo.

Un apartamento relativamente bien equipado (faltan cubiertos). Bastante limpio

La inquilina mando instrucciones y se usa un mismo cajetin, para sus dos apartamentos. La otra persona cogió nuestro llavero y nosotros el erróneo, llamamos para comentarlo, pero no nos devolvieron llamada. La ubicación para playa es lejana, y un barrio con mucho mosquitos

El apartamento está bien, tiene de todo lo necesario. Ubicación bien para lo que buscábamos y cerca hay barecillos y a 10-15 minutos andando había pubs para tomar algo. Estaba limpio

El sofá cama no es lo más cómodo del mundo. Teniendo en cuenta que es Valencia en verano, por la ranura de la puerta de entrada te puede entrar un ejército de cucarachas e incluso un diplodocus. Igual ahí podrían poner un burlete o algo...

Nunca Màs!

Facil conseguir parqueo.

Lugar sucio, un olor terrible. En lo que entramos tuvimos que abrir todas las ventanas para que el ambiente cambiara aire. La mopa estaba podrida por la que la cerramos en una bolsa plastica para no botarla. Un solo ventilador y sin aire acondicionado es demasiado poco para dos zonas de dormitorio. El wifi no funcionaba y cuando lo pedì no me resolvieron nada. El baño estaba en condiciones pésimas: toallas malolientes, terriblemente sucia la cortina plástica de la ducha y el piso en general. El mueble de la sala todo roto. Muy mala experiencia.

La relación calidad precio podría estar mejor para lo que ofrece

Era espacioso, estaba ubicado donde decía en booking, la conexión wifi iba muy bien y la zona parecía tranquila.

La recogida de las llaves no nos gustó, ya el cajetín donde se encuentran las llaves se compartía con otros apartamentos, cuando fuimos a buscar las llaves el cajetín ya tenía la contraseña puesta... Después cuál era el apartamento que nos pertenecía no estaba claro, fuimos a abrir la puerta donde estaba el cajetín nos asustamos mucho cuando vimos que en ése apartamento ya había gente. Muy amables los huéspedes de ese apartamento que nos explicaron que había otro apartamento al dar la esquina y ése podría ser el nuestro. La habitación principal estaba bien, con persiana y cortinas pero la cocina/salón no tenía cortinas en todas sus ventanas y al ser un bajo que da a la calle resulta incómodo. La puerta de entrada al apartamento que es el acceso también al salón/cocina dejaba un hueco del suelo a la puerta de unos 7 cm y encima de la puerta había una ventana pequeña que no tenía ni cortina ni persiana por lo que si duermes en la cocina/salón entra el frío y el ruido por debajo de la puerta y la luz tanto por debajo como por la ventana de encima de la puerta. La cama supletoria no era muy cómoda aunque la de la habitación principal sí estaba bien. Con unos arreglos el apartamento podría estar bien.

La ubicación esta muy bien

No estaba limpio el lavabo esta sucio, la ducha igual de sucio con pelos por todos lados el deposito de la basura igual las tazas estaban sucias Y puse a tostar un pan en la tostadora y me he llevado el susto de mi vida, fatal el suelo todo sucio las toallas tienen mal olor Deberían mejorar

UN DEPARTAMENTO IMPROVISADO !!!

Esta bien ubicado en relación al centro de la ciudad, en un barrio tranquilo y en relación al precio

Las camas, solo la doble estaba en buenas condiciones, pero no había mantas o frazadas NI CALEFACCIÓN solo había una pequeña estufa a cuarzo y un caloventor ( con temperaturas de 6/7 grados) , además las toallas insuficientes para 4 personas solo una chica y 4 grandes, no hay repasador ni papel de cocina, ni detergente. El televisor está “colgado” tan alto ( con los cables colgando, hay que agregar una extensión porque no llega al enchufe) y plano que solo puede verse si estás de pie enfrente . La jarra eléctrica no funciona. Tazas todas cachadas y viejas.
